President Duque confirmed tonight that the quarantine is extended through April 27. He cited the need for more tracking and prevention. Schools will remain closed until May 31 and people who are 70+ will also remain on lockdown until May 31.

However long it takes to open the account. Once open I use the ATM and checking at will. Nothing ever goes into the brokerage account. So what are you talking about "transfer your money there" and "two weeks to get to the brokerage account"? You talking about when you first open account? Yes that can take time because I mailed in my application and then waited for the check to clear. Once the account is open everything is immediate. My ATM deducts money from the checking side.
