Pattaya Reports
Nobody from the usa will want to continue to fly 22-34 expensive hours just to shift 11 hours time zone for mediocre pussy at above average prices.
I'm not sure what this guy is talking about. On my recent trip I was getting attractive spinners in the afternoon off Thai Friendly for uncovered CIP for 1000-2000 baht and then hitting Soi 6 or another club area at night for the equivalent quality girls for roughly the same price. If you are talking about GoGo's or Walking street- sure not the greatest value- but nobody who is not a first time tourist really goes to those places.

Only thing I will agree with is that you need to have 3 weeks minimum, but I'm usually traveling for 3 months so its no problem.
I'm also American and have been in Thailand almost 3 months and thoroughly been enjoying the exchange rate.

I haven't mongered in the US since pre-covid as prices became outrageous. So I decided to take a look at current 1 hour ST prices back home in the US.

I put the average 1 hour price at $400. Conversely, average price in Pattaya for one hour is about 1,500 baht which is about $40.

Thus, it is approximately 10 times cheaper for an ST session here in Thailand than in the US. This doesn't even take into account.

That sessions are much higher quality with Thai girls than American girls given western women's entitlement. Additionally,

You have complete safety when you session here in Thailand by bringing a girl to your room whereas in the US you have to worry about..
I replied with something similar but it got lost in the ether. Asian pussy arbitrage is still a fabulous value compared to the US. And lets face it, $400/ hour here will still probably get you a CBJ and a mediocre attitude. Too many punters willing to pay outrageous $$ for online live wanking, which is driving X% of available talent off the escort market. Safety, openness, wide-spread English use, and availability is a huge advantage for Thailand. Athens is the only EU city that I have found that offers comparable value / safety / open availability.

A premium economy ticket to BKK will run $1400-1700 from Ord / Lax / NYC. That is the equivalent of 2 quality short time sessions in the US. I used miles for business class on my last 7 day trip to BKK / Pattaya, but outside of that I spent a total of $2,174 - I stayed at 5 star hotels, had two Michelin restaurant meals, drank well, and had 12ST interludes with 20+ pops. Came home jet lagged and happily exhausted.
Its just crazy shit like this everywhere.

I see no reason for Europeans or Americans to travel here given the options elsewhere at the moment if sex is a major reason for your travel. I am in Brazil at the end of the year, so perhaps my view will change but as it stands right now I am unlikely to return to Thailand anytime soon for anything but business. I have to think that the industry shakes things out and maybe this high season will sort things out if the tourists come back I just don't think its going to be anywhere near the level this place needs at all. The industry is going to have to consolidate a ton if its going to survive, and the venue owners need to start getting a bit more creative with the business models they have in place, because this is not working. How that's done I don't know.

PayFotIt's report was interesting, its great to see people still having a good time rather than everyone being so jaded by the place too. In saying that I went into High Rollers, and there is not a single 8 there, let alone 9's or 10's. If you can find a 9 or 10 in that place then Thailand is going to be a goldmine for you with all the cheap sex still on offer with single mothers whose bodies have been ravaged by baby damage, shitty diets and excessive alcohol consumption. By Thai standards of the past, the lineup at High Rollers would not even get a mention its beer bar level. Soi Pothole is a talent wasteland at the moment I am sorry to say.
It's really interesting to me to read the lamenting going on.

OMG. It's called macroeconomics.

Thailand's real GDP has grown from $1900/ per capita to $7500/ per capita since 2001 or about 400%. People are wealthier there now and there is more opportunity for the young women inside and outside the sex industry. The avg western OECD country per capita GDP has grown by 70-100% in the same period.

This isn't hard stuff. It's easy to see that prices will go up, and / or quality will go down for services. The pushing of drinks is a reaction to this. Like you said, rent / overhead / talent prices have increased and to keep margin, the owners have to raise revenue to offset it. They can't go crazy with the barfines or the girls won't come, and raising patron drink prices keep mongers out.

I am lucky, my income has increased 9 X since 2001, so comparatively I still find it obscenely cheap.

Maybe you've just not traveled around the world enough, but 2000 for a thai spinner costs too much once you factor in the flight cost and travel inconvenience.

A potential sting or ambush at wherever the girl is hosting as you certainly aren't hosting at your own private residence.

So yea Thailand is still extreme value compared to the US and most of the world. I still don't think ST in Thailand should be on avg.

Around 1,500 baht, should be 1,000; but overall hard to complain.
I'm going to assume you are from California hence your tagline, but in Atlanta where I live $400 per hour is porn star prices. Girls in Atlanta of the quality of soi 6 girls are going to cost you $80 - $150 per hour in ATL. A $400 girl in ATL is basically the same as going to one of those walking street russian gogos and getting the best girl in there. So again, factoring the plane ticket and inconvenience and prices are comparable. I can't speak for the west coast though.

As far as the safety concerns you are correct, but again, I will restate that there are other destinations closer to home in the caribean and latin America that offer the same safety and value as thailand with better looking women.
$150 might get you a couple of drinks and couple lap dances at a club in Atl.
I live in Atlanta and this is a completely laughable statement. You are definitely doing it wrong. User error. As far as your argument that you comp your travel for free, it is a logical fallacy when it pertains to this discussion of the general traveler cost analysis.
I live in Atlanta and this is a completely laughable statement. You are definitely doing it wrong. User error.
Definitely laughable. I am from Atlanta and I know that you can fuck the strippers at certain strip clubs for $40.

She would usually come late, but we would always hang out after sex and she became a friend. Nice girl, I bought her a new phone before she left for Koh Samui. In total, I'd probably spend several. Multiples more on an American civilian girlfriend- that is if I could get one that is 23 years younger than me.

I've traveled extensively with mongering trips to Mexico, Curacao, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Brazil, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines. Never mongered in Europe but from the aforementioned list, Pattaya, Thailand is my #1 destination with Rio de Janeiro as #2. Pattaya is still a great deal- it's likely that Colombia is slightly more cost effective but tbh I've never had much fun mongering in Bogota or Medellin- too much hassle.

If you don't like Pattaya, that's fine- we won't need to be bothered with anymore posting from you then.

RS.

Of course my rule of thumb is discretion doesn't stop until I am at least 200 miles from the flagpole.

Not a logical fallacy: The math still works.

Flight from ORD / NYC / LAX - $750.

7 days Airbnb - $300.

Transport - $80.

Food = $100.

Xport and board = $1300.

Mongering - 2 x ST sessions a day (Probably 20 pops if up to it) 1700 be /$45 each (Combo of Soi Six / Freelancer w / drinks).

Total Mongering = $650.

Total all in $2000 for 14 sessions. Or $140/ session.

Thai sessions. BBBJ / CIM standard and many times with A+/ Rimming. You generally get an Issan girl who is most times submissive and has been raised to please men.

US session. BBBJ / CIM large upcharge if available at all, A+/ Rim very few and far between with a US chick with lots of entitled attitude.

Even if you can find a US chick for sub $150/ hour, (who is not an opiate fiend or meth head) the intangibles such as safety / legality / shitting where you eat / performance still pushes the value prop to Asia or other 2nd /3rd world countries.

The 50 E FKK model will nickel and dime you for every extra. BBBJ 50 E, CIM 50 E, DATY 50 E, A+ 50-100 E. The Red light district girl will do the same.

I guess if it's just looks / body and a person is satisfied / able to pop via normal 1-2 position 10-30 min session with a condom, then most EU redlights will do just fine. For multiple PSE sessions over a week or two time, it's very hard to beat Thailand's value.

For some people flying / traveling is a hassle or painful, I spend the first 10 yeas of my military career flying in the back of see-130 at a max of 275 knots. So sitting in a nice warm fully pressurized cabin, even in economy is not very hard.
Thanks for cleaning this up, 9's and 10's basically don't exist and if you actually see one, you never forget her face. So yes, guys throwing out that this and that place have 9's and 10's is hilarious. We all have different standards but let's be real, Pattaya at this moment probably has no 10's and a few 9's who are so entitled that they won't session anyways.
9's and 10's are for Thai Elite.

We get the Girls who couldn't make the Junior Varsity Football Team. No offenses.

RS.
If you can't talk to American women the same as thai women, then leave your false equivalent arguments out of it. Your view of "multiples more on an American civilian girlfriend" are completely your own fault, not a general rule. Plenty of American women are having sex for free, especially the ones who are of the same quality of a soi 6 girl or girls on TF. There are dozens of dating apps just like TF that have mid and low level American girls looking to get laid. You've made up in your own mind that this is too expensive for you, but it's not the reality at all.

This discussion is about the set costs of bars/clubs/and pay for play in different regions. Once people start factoring in their hai "girlfriends" then there is not way to quantify anything at all. I'm currently in pattay and have 2 "girlfriends" that I don't pay AT ALL for sex, not even $1000 baht. But I'm not in here trying to use that as justification of why pattaya is cheaper because one girl works soi 6 making guys like you pay then uses that money to go grocery shopping and cook breakfast for me the next day. or my other gf who is a restaurant waitress comes from work in the evenings with my dinner from her own pocket money because she enjoys netflix and chill and not being a sex worker.

I have fuck buddies/ friends with benefits back in Atlanta too that I don't pay at all. Girlfriends are NOT the discussion guy.

It's not even worth discussing in general cost analysis of the conversation. The only thing I can agree with you on is the shitting where you eat part having a cost but only each individual can quantify that cost depending on their own personal situation.

How much does all of that cost in Pattaya? Add up all of those 150 baht changs that you don't have to pay for plus not having to pay for lady drinks and the 50 E FKK entry fee is still a bargain compared to equivalent costs in pattaya.
