The DR Government have decided to clean up their cities. There's a new harsher Penal Code to deal with crime, and a new determination to move prostitution out of it's dominating aspect of daily life. As a Monger I can't see why anyone would celebrate Operation Atlantico.

First of all it can't work name a place that eliminated sex work or even foreigners buying sex.
