Contrary to what is written here I think the majority of punters (proof with Bigfoot16) would not make a big deal out of it, so from the girl's perspective, why say it adn run the risk of losing 3k?

If it were me, I would have either made her work 3 times as hard, or go down to the sports lounge to have a change of girl... give the current girl 1k for her troubles, adn not expect to pay the second barfine.

She and Bigfoot had a deal, she did NOT abrogate it.

Read what I just wrote a week or so ago on it and why I don't like it. This place and the gals/mommies etc ALL caters and bend over backwards for the LOCAL BSD's and Taiwanese/HongkOng Factory owners - who come back to the place time and time again and spend big $$. They see Hong Kong week-enders or worse, Laowais - they turn their nose up for they know that they're not gonna get repeat big spending clients.

But as you say - to each his own - all of us have our own druthers!!

I always smile a bit when I read this nonsense - hotel room prices are usually based on the quality of the rooms and the complete property, the amenities, the location of the hotel, the free included services (like Internet, all-day breakfast etc. .) . But - there is also a strategical component in it - the prices are also means to target specific customer groups and keep others out. Too funny that some don't understand this.

So - to make it completely clear: I really prefer to preserve a bit exclusivity for the customers and a lower occupancy rate with higher roomrates than to have a higher occupancy with customers usually staying at Nana Hotel. For that - we support Nana Hotel and their lower room rates :) !
