Friendly farwell to Wayoflaotzu
What is with that weird old Chinese lady on the streets who asks "I go with you?" Has anyone ever gone with that lady? To each his own, I guess.
She has been around for years. I have never seen her go with anyone, except once about two or three years ago. She offered three young navy guys a package deal, HK$200 (US$25) each. They took her off for a gang bang somewhere, while I stayed put at Mes Amis and tried to hold my beer down. That horrible thought still makes me dry retch.

I was trying to figure out why you chose your name. I had wondered whether you were a recent convert to Taoism. Or whether you were conceived when your mother gazed upon a falling star, and you then stayed in her womb for sixty-two years, and were then eventually born when your mother leaned against a plum tree, with you emerging as a grown man with a full grey beard and long earlobes.
But no, your departure from HK tells the real reason.
Like Lao Tzu, you clearly have grown weary of the moral decay of city life in HK, having posted in this forum your lengthy and informative post of this kingdom's moral decline. Like Lao Tzu, you therefore are venturing west to live as a hermit in the unsettled frontier.
(Or maybe you are just a Venerable Old Master, wink?)
Safe trip, home.
Cheers.
