Adjusted for functional obsolescence, and buyer / seller motivation, Does he have to buy / unload for unusual pressing personal reasons?

This valuation method is easily applied to any situation in life, even pussy. If you are familiar with the market, you don't have to compile a detailed Report, it comes naturally.

That is all that needs to be said about how far Sosua has fallen. I admit my opinion of Sosua is very low first trip over 12 years ago and lived there a year during covid (only because where I wanted to be Asia was off limits) It sucked for chicks as I was seeing some of the same chicas from my previous visits five years before walking around. Chicks that were on the street yelling happy hour had now gotten bbl and were hanging in the Anhvee like they were a top tier chick. The beauty of Sosua was the fact that you could just walk around and find a chica now you want me to go there and sit on my damn phone swiping why even go there if that the scene you want.

Bailee's is a crowded restaurant that is always filled to the brim with loads of people. You will not be able to get seated and get food in a reasonable amount of time. The restaurant is very big and crowded to the max with people everywhere. I never ate there because I knew it would take forever for a waiter to even acknowledge me, like at least 40 minutes of waiting which is ridiculous, so I left. I did fuck a girl who I met from bailee's though. The way to meet them is simple. They are standing in the restaurant. If you think they look hot, you approach them and make conversation. Then after however much chatting that you want, you agree on a price and then leave the restaurant to go have sex. My experience with the one bailee's girl I saw was okay.
