This is not meant to flame D Cups - just a comment. To each his own....
Large implants coupled with a large head, hands and feet are often signs of a post-op Katoey, but not always. The way "she" acts is often a tell-tale too. D Cups should know better than us looking at 2 dimentional photos on a computer screen.
With the improved surgery techniques they have now, new mongerers should really study up on the tell tale signs of a post-op Katoey.
D Cups, if that is you in the last photo, It's best not post pics of yourself without blurring the face for your own personal security.

In terms of sex change surgery, they can do just about anything these days. Shorten fingers and toes, lengthen the nose, round out the eyes, cut the root, hone the tube, shave the apple, plump up the cheeks, etc, etc.
But the [i]voice[/i], now that's a hard one to change in the feminine direction. But, I've spoken with a few katoeys that have that nailed, too!

We can say she has had implant but the rest is pretty much about pure (and most likely wrong) speculations.
Just as much many LB have female visual specs helped by a bit if surgery, there are a lot of legitimate women that have sort of male specs...
