TLN can range from 3 hours to 12 hours, it is up to you to confirm if she sleeps over she must perfrom in the AM. Many chicas will sleep over to avoid the publico ride home at 4AM and sneak out @ 7 AM without performing. In my book a chica does not deserve to get paid extra unless she provides AM service.

Also, although I have not posted many reports here, I have posted over 100 reports in the forum Jackson ran before this one.
Recently I raised some questions about how the BB management deals with the girls and gave some examples of how the management was exploitive.
Well, I also happen to like the place and was there recently.
(And almost got a 21-cannon salute, -with all of them pointed at me!)
“El Capitan” took great offense to my comments and explained to me in (excruciating) detail that the information I had put out was inaccurate.
He showed me copies of the rules for chicas and insisted that:
The girls did NOT subsidize the bikini contests with their own money.
Medical exams as required are FREE (paid for by the DR government)
They are NOT fined for coming late to work (the penalty is getting sent home for the day).
Moreover, he insisted that I ask any chica to confirm what he said. (Which I did).
Sure enough, the girl I was with later confirmed that information, and was in fact, very grateful for the opportunity to work there.
Well, that’s hard to ignore or deny, so I gotta go with the latest/best information available.
(I know that this issue is of supreme indifference to most of the guys on this forum, as they are really only interested in a good time and couldn’t care less about this subject), BUT
In the interest of accuracy, honesty, - and my credibility, if I provided the forum with inaccurate information, I gotta clean up my own mess and ensure that I’m putting out accurate info.
And on this issue, the information given to me was indeed inaccurate.
So I have NO problem whatsoever correcting errors when proven wrong,
-nor do I have a problem offering El Capitan an apology when he deserves one.
And So…
I’ve often recommended Blackbeards as a good value for the time and money, particularly for first-time visitors to the DR.
I still recommend it.

It takes a lot of self respect and dignity to make a post like that. What I find the most important is to know what process to change internally so that you don’t repeat the same error in other similar circumstances.

I don't know if I would have liked the "21 cannon" salute, but good for you to clear things up from your meeting with El Capitan.
I, like you, enjoy the women there and I don't ever want to see them exploited. It took guts to post a response like this.

Is there anyone that can confirm this?
