A (feeble) attempt to connect all the dots from different sources as narrated (need not be fully accurate!). Location, Actual actors redacted.
The Flesh Trader: The KOL gal had come only that day morning, from Blore. She is not someone that you would definitely like, for sure. (myself:thanks!). I paid the agent the advance money and took her to the "office". Introduced her to the caretaker and left the apartment.
The Caretaker: I asked the gal if she had anything for breakfast. She said she was not hungry and wanted to sleep for sometime. She said a good lunch is good enough. A nice gal. I switched on the TV, and was partly dozing off on the sofa, when the door bell rang.
There were 3 guys in civvies (side note: there is no uniform for the anti vice squad, when they make rounds). Two of the older guys were actually in T-shirt. They said they have been informed.
The LE guy: Our usual sources of information are anonymous tips from disgruntled customers.
The Caretaker: The LE came in, asked the gal to pack her bags, and asked both of us to accompany them. I was allowed to call "K" (The Flesh Trader) and inform him. There was an unmarked vehicle outside. The gal was first dropped off at a government women's home. Some paper work was done there, I think. I was then taken to a police station and case registered as a "pimp". The LE guys were very decent.
(side note: Good that there was no customer at that time. Typically, as per the procedures, a customer getting caught would have resulted in medical examination for the gal and the customer to check if intercourse had happened).
The Flesh Trader: The next steps were to get the caretaker out quickly, and to ensure that his family does not get the news of his arrest. Some trips to the police station, an appearance in court etc. And the caretaker was out on 30K bail, which I paid. The apartment was vacated the next day itself. There was a month notice clause in the contract, and we got the deposit money back, minus the next month's rent. The furniture was shifted to a storage space in the night. No publicity. No noise. Everything would have impacted the other residents and the neighbors negatively and very negative publicity overall.
There would have been other related arrests, including me. Everything was settled off with a 3L payoff after some negotiation on the price.
(myself:What about the gal?) Oh! I had informed her agent. He will take care of getting her relatives with the needed identify proof and some cash, as required, to get her out. Hopefully, the gal is actually from KOL. BDesh would definitely complicate things for her; Many, so called KOL gals are actually from BDesh, and they work far away from KOL as KOL folks will know the difference based on accent etc. If she is actually from BDesh, she may spend a long time here, before all the red tapes are cut across the borders.
(myself:Any new business plans?) Yes, I'm looking for a new place. I also would need to revisit my customer contact list and call only folks that I trust, to the new place. In this business, it so happens that you end up with a bigger and bigger contact list. Friends, friends of friends, friends from out of state. That you forget to vet them. The risk is always there and is high, but I make very good profit from this business.
(myself:What about caretaker?) He will have to make appearances in court on the needed days (if he choose to) ; other days he will still work for me, in the new place. He will finally get out of the case with some petty fine or sometimes, a small time in jail. But then he was living more or less like a king; free food, free accommodation, free gals, a fixed monthly salary and tips from customers. What more can a man ask for, with his (no) qualification?
