All a question of style...
I think, in the end, it all comes down to a matter of personal style. We all have them. In my case, I tend to dress expensively, but conservatively, but then I'm no longer young and I have a totally different sense of myself now than I did then. I would never dress in flip flops, shorts and some gaudy short sleeve shirt or sleeveless tee shirt, whether on the prowl or eating with friends in a restaurant in Davao. It's not my style and I would not feel comfortable. For those who like this mode of dress, fine for them.
The one incontrovertible argument, that holds true for everyone though, is never calling undue attention to yourself, and by that I mean attention that you could otherwise have avoided. Losing one's temper, screaming, treating every woman on the street as if she's a hooker and you're irresistible are phenomena we've all witnessed. I cringe when I see it and distance myself as quickly and as far as possible from it, since I do not want the potential aftereffects to wash up onto me.
As to DW's comment about not recognizing the value of Armani, I think the real problem is that there's so much counterfeit crap around that many do not realize the commercial value of the original anyway. In New York, if I wear an Armani shirt, everyone would assume it was real. Here, just the opposite. As an example, last week we went to SM Mall here in Davao, to the Croc store and my asawa and I each bought a pair. The cost of each was about Php1750 or about $37. Two days latter, I passed a booth on San Pedro St. selling what looked like identical (though counterfeit) Crocs for Php300 (About $7) a pair. Looking at two people, one wearing the originals and the other copies, no one could possibly tell the difference at a glance.

If You Are Looking For Lookers Burgos Is The Place
poopbunny, bringing your bf from la is like bringing sand to the beach...totally redundant. my advice is to avoid burgos st. bars like the plague and head to la cafe or g point in ermita, or to havana cafe (evenings only) in greenbelt, makati. you're pretty much guaranteed to find someone who appeals to you and at prices that are very reasonable. many of the girls who hang around cafe havana and its environs will go for php2,000 long time, and at la and g point you can pretty much set the price yourself. my advice? leave the bf in la and head to the aforementioned where you're sure to find some 8's and 9's if you're patient enough. plus of course, you will have fun looking. even if all else fails, and you find no one who appeals to you, which is extremely unlikely, then you can always head to edsa entertainment complex and shop in the fire house or any of the other ten or so bars there, where the barfine is less than half of what it is on burgos and the selection is just as good or better.

i respectfully disagree ge that the quality of girls on burgos is the same as edsa. i have never seen such rough looking filipinas in my life as what i found in edsa. all tattooed up with a bored or either disconcerting demeanor. some of the girls in the high end burgos bars looked like models and most made me feel welcome and were just fun to be around.
Have Fun But Young Can Cost....More Then You Know
I am going to Manila on Jan 20th with a friend and we plan to meet girls. I have heard that the girls throw themselves at you just for the hope that you will marry them. Am I naive?
Only the hookers and the girls looking for a handout "will be all over you." Filipinas with an education and good jobs will not do this and are typically shy/arrogant.
Is there a good website to meet some of these girls?
Plenty… check the Filipina chat thread.
But I was wondering if you guys knew any spots there that a girl can be had?
RTFF. What that means read the fucking forum. Too much info on where to find chicks in Manila. Check the Makati and Manila thread.
Don't judge me please. But how young can be expected on the norm over there. And how young is attainable. And what are the laws?
 17 is the lowest you should be looking to go if that. Be careful looking for young girls in the Philippines could(due to corrupt police) wind up costing you thousands of dollars and a lenthy third world prison stay which I would rather have my nuts beat with a spike bat then face :D
Miss C – the Rustans Girl slumming in Harrison Plaza
I was feeling a little frisky Sunday, so I betook myself off for a little afternoon fun and frolics in town. I thought that I would first check out Harrison Plaza, as I had not been in some weeks, and if I lucked out there I could always walk the short distance to Baywalk, Roxas Boulevard and have a pleasant and casual stroll (the weather is glorious in Manila at the moment) down Bay Walk to hit LA Café by the hassle free backdoor route via Salas.
For those in the know, Harrison Plaza can be the best pick-up mall in Manila. The oldest (and scruffiest) mall in town, it benefits in its position, roughly equidistant between the fleshpots of Malate/Ermita and the similar more locally inclined nightspots of Pasay/EDSA. There are many live-ins and lady-only dormitories in the slightly down at heel locality and this is where many of the EDSA Complex bargirls reside with Harrison’s Plaza being their daytime hangout. So there tends to be a lot of available girls hanging about. There are also always a few out and out hookers (some OK, some nasty) to be found on the first floor along with a motley bunch of pimps who, if you are blind, bashful or downright idle, will find you a girl for a small fee. There are also, particularly on Sundays, a fair sprinkling of amateurs but they are harder to spot and more elusive, but, for me, the most prized.
My strategy at Harrison’s is not to wander about aimlessly, but take a seat at one of the semi-open cafes on the ground floor. Once comfortably ensconced with some chow and an SMB. I will start the hunt. Likely girls (and plenty of unlikely, too) will tend to catch your eye and eyeball the Kano. A come hither smile will maybe catch the interest of those that get the radar beeping the loudest but I don’t want to teach all you grannies to suck eggs here so all I will say is sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t and as always depends on your determination and personal style Yesterday I hit pay dirt.
I had been sat there about forty minutes and was beginning to think it was not going to be my lucky day and maybe I better start making tracks towards LA Café, when I noticed a couple of girls at one of the Filipino specialty food stalls that are grouped down the centre of the mall. Both girls were very bonny and kept looking over my way and then giggling and putting their cute heads together and obviously discussing me. I smiled and raised my beer to salute them, which had them near collapsing in gales of merriment. Was I so funny – well yes I must be? Should I get up and do one of my John Cleese funny walks. No better not, they would likely wet their knickers. So I just beckoned them over and after a few seconds of waving and their laughter and prevarication, one of them headed over and, after introductions, she, as they do, told me that her friend liked me but was a little shy. I said I liked her as well and why did they not both mosey on over and join little ‘ol lonely me and have a drink and something to eat. She said they had just had lunch already but that they would be happy to join me for a drink. She went over to fetch her fetching friend and we were off and running.
They said that they were both shopgirls at Rustans in Ayala and was visiting a friend who worked in the Harrison Plaza branch. Miss G was 23 and the really cute, shy one, Miss C was 21. Now it is this shy one who apparently liked me, and I felt that was the way ahead. In a roundabout way which was rather like extracting blood from a stone I got them to admit it was not my good looks and humorous charm that brought them over to me and that they were interested in a little extra-curricular activity for pecuniary gain. The older girl, Miss G had a kid in the provinces and had done a little freelancing out of Harrison Plaza before but only with well healed Filipino’s and Koreans (who apparently use Harrison’s a lot). Lovely Miss C, had only twice visited Harrison’s before and had once been picked up by a Korean guy. Both gave me blank looks when I mentioned LA Café and had apparently never heard of the place. Both said that they had never been with western guys but were curious to experience sex with one. At that point I raised my arm (something else raised in tandem :D) and said ‘me, Miss, me’.
I said, much as I found Miss G attractive (a threesome was never mentioned), Miss C was much more my type (an archetypal slender, cute spinnerette ….small girlish breasts ..whorrr) and that I really liked and wanted to spend some quality time with her. Both spoke good English (college educated). Miss G took the role of chief negotiator. She said that the usual rate was 2 thou for a short time. I said that much as I would love to give that much, I didn’t have a lot of cash on me but I could give P1.3 if that would do. It would. I didn’t mention requirements (2 pops etc, as I usually do) as the girl was an obvious amateur and I had a really good instinctive feel about her and that I was in for a top grade experience without prior negotiation.
And I was not wrong. She said I was only her fourth lover, so was fairly inexperienced but a very willing learner. She was a real GFE with lots of cuddling and DFK. Her BJ was initially tentative (only second time she said – I presume that the Korean was her virgin mouth buster) but gradually became much more enthusiastic and I felt there was a BJ Queen in her trying to get out. When I went down on her she squirmed uncomfortably at first, but within a few minutes her fuse was lit and shortly after that she went ballistic and then into orbit. She also squirted a little, an occurrence which I have found to be a rare event with a Filipina and which she seemed a bit embarrassed about although I loved it. She was as tight as a virgin but excessively moist so fitted like a glove although I felt that I was hitting bottom and beating against the mouth of her cervix on each down stroke. None of the usual whining though and she appeared to be enjoying the bigger experience. She was a real trooper. Also photos were no problem although I hadn’t asked prior to leaving Harrison’s so was expecting it to be a decided no-no. She was an overall delicious mix of that shy naiveté and lusty horniness that is so hard to describe but encapsulates the Pinay sexual chemistry that hold us all in thrall and has us constantly coming back for more.
I was initially skeptical about her being a shop girl, but she gave me so much information about her job, that I was inclined to believe her. She even told me which counter she works on (good mind to pop down to Rustans and surprise her) and also told me of the ‘A’ list celebrities that she had served.. Rustans in Makati is apparently the top store for the moneyed elite – a kind of Manilan Harrods. She insisted again that she had only been with one guy before for payment and the only reason that she was ‘on the job’ today was because she had been home to her province (near Manila) for Xmas and had got herself in debt and was having difficulty making her rent. My lucky day.
I, of course, obtained her CP no and a promise of round 2, but don’t ask ... cue maniacal cackles.. as she is all mine, for the moment. She is decidedly good grooming material and will undoubtedly be one of the few p4p girls that get to see the inside of my little fuck pad condo. She has that great can do attitude which get my sadly terminally perverted mind thinking uniforms, 3sums and toys. DOWN BOY!! I will certainly bring my razor along next time and give her a very close pubic shave.
Don’t you just love this place – only possible in the Philippines!! ;).
P.S I will post a few, non facial photo’s in the gallery.
