Barranquilla and Cali are unspoiled due to there being virtually no foreign tourists. There is no point and click or foreign mongering scene and you will pretty much need to be able.

I haven't been back there in a year but from the research I have done, prices have only increased, including hotels. A three day trip with two sessions a day (non-street girls) in Tijuana would cost me around $1,200 at a minimum. Conversely, $1,200 in BKK / Pattaya gets me 30 to 40 STs, as opposed to 6. So just doing the basic math, I'm just biding myself time until I can get back to Thailand.

Have you mongered much in PHI? I have never been, but thinking of checking out Manila and Cebu for a short trip prior to flying to Thailand.
