Understand, I think I should try at least once when I go to Berlin, just for the experience. Germany is the land of men's dream. Some stupid country make prostitution ilegalls, even punish people who do p4p, but is the prostitution vanished? No and never. They should just controll so there's no sex slavery. First, when you say your phone won't call the number, unless you have some mobile account that won't call outside your home country, I don't see how that can be possible.
