A belated thanks for everyone who shared their thoughts experiences, very insightful and helpful. Based on the feedback it does make me feel more comfortable about going to those bars as it seems clear that there isn't the systematic exploitation that exists in places like Ratsky's. Will post my experiences....

I have received two PM from members regarding one of my post several weeks ago. The post was regarding my statement that lonely HK women, often times older HK women, go to clubs in HK to be with men. The PMs I received asked me where are these clubs as these members were interested in going to the club. I will post my response for everyone with the assumption there may be others interested in banging older Chinese women.

You will not be able to see their face in the pictures but it is a give away that they are old when they advertise sex, BJ for $Hk250 or less and their body is the shape of an oder women.
Simply take the train to one of these areas with your address and enjoy the time with an older Chinese women. I have done it a few times. Tried HK last night, ended up getting a massage. There are definitely plenty of places for ST around shanghai road area, and I even went into one that didn't have english signs. My response is not just for "Gun Runner" but any interested in the answer to his question.
The short answer is all prices are always in HK dollars. Avoid giving a tip!
Note that providing a tip is a Western culture bad habit. HK guys never tip the 141 girls, we should follow their good lead. The price stated by the girl is based on what she thinks is a fair price for her services. Giving her a tip leads her to think she should price herself higher -- thus inflated prices! This is what happened in Wan Chai.
When I first visited HK 17+ years ago, prices for sex in Wan Chai and TST was cheap. Back then, you could get a good looking Chinese girl to stay with you ALL NIGHT for about HK250 to HK300. This included sex at least 2 times. Often times, it was hard to get rid them the next day.
What happened to the low prices! Well, over the past 17 years, more and more tourist/guys came to Wan Chai bidding up the sex prices by providing tips and over paying for sex. Also, the expats working in HK, who made big bucks back then, wanted to show off and threw money at the Chinese girls.
Now, the Flips are into the game asking HK1,000, HK1,500 and more for SHORT TIME! This is simply crazy and out of control. This is the reason I avoid all the tourist bars and any girl that works in that area. I hunt for sex where the locals go and the prices have not been inflated by the tourist.
To prove sex with a good looking young HK is still really cheap and it is a place where locals go and no tourist, check out sex 141 and click on "Tai Po" and look at all the young Chinese girls for HK350, note that pics are shown. Need more proof, check out Tsuen Wan and see all the lovely Chinese girls for HK350. These Chinese girls at HK350 look 5X better than the flips at HK1,000.
Why are the prices are so reasonable for Tai Po and many places like it in HK, it is because NO tourist go there and it is where the locals go.
Why do many girls from many parts of the world come to HK to sell sex especially in tourist bar areas such as Fenwicks (notice that they are not going to Thailand or the PI)? It is because the area in and around Fenwicks has gained an international reputation among the working P4P girls as a place where guys will pay four times or more the going rate for sex in Asia. Rest assured that these girls think Westerns are suckers for paying such high prices.

OMG. If you have not made firm plans, stay away. Or at least leave Hong Kong and go to Macau; or get on a plane and go to Thailand. 5000 sailors who had been cooped up on a ship at sea would only mean trouble; drunk, fights and unbelievable prices.

I think you hit the Wan Chai nail right on the head. I could not agree with you more. I have known girls and such from Wan Chai for the last 9 years and I've seen the same trend and changes as you had mentioned. Granted I am not 1/10 as active as you are and very little play in HK, but even at my small scale I see exactly what you are saying.

Just like the housing bubble, in Wan Chai, excited buyers threw reason and logic out the window and chased houses/pussy like there would be no more to be had the next day. With housing, in that free market, when the buyers ran out of money (banks cut back on lending), the prices started to drop -- FAST. When buyers saw prices dropping, more buyers stopped buying causing the prices to drop even faster.
The same market conditions that caused prices to drop in the housing bubble would cause prices to drop in Wan Chi and come back down to a reasonable level. I assure you that if ALL THE GUYS that visited Wan Chi did NOT agree to pay the overpriced prices and, for example, agreed to pay no more than HK400 for short time, prices would drop to HK400 or below -- this is the flip side of your free market.
In essence, Wan Chi has a "pussy pricing bubble." : - )

I agree! That's why I will avoid Wan Chai and stick to the non-tourist spots that the local HK guys go to.
I don't want to start a flame war but how about we set up two threads on this forum? One for Wan Chai scene and one for 141 and the other stuff in HK?
As the people who defend each seem to feel very strongly about their preference, wouldn't it be easier to just have the whole HK forum be more specific?
Forum boards in other locations have similar separate threads so I think HK deserves it.
