Search for Bangkok andd then narrow down your choice (use the list of options on the left hand side of the screen) and look for the Asoke area. That is very near to both Soi Cowboy and Nana, both places are famous for their night life.

I am a big fan of the Citadines 23 hotel which has nice little studios within walking distance of Soi Cowboy. My personal record is less than 10 minutes between taking her out of her club and having her naked in my arms in my hotel room in Citadines 23.

Presently however, I am staying in Livingstone's Lodge Hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 33, which is in its own night life area which seems to be a bit more Japanese oriented. It is a nice little boutique hotel, very quiet and totally guest-friendly, they even have their own hostess bar in the hotel: How's that for convenience and service?

Citadines 23 was a Hotel that did not impress me enough to ever stay again, however its probably at least 3 years ago now. Tansak had warned me, I tried it anyway, and had to conclude he was right. Very disinterested staff back then and grumpy. Rang me too early disturbing my sleep to ask what time I would check-out. Beds noted as good quality but mattress too hard for my liking. Breakfast was very poor selection / variety of things that largely did not interest me. That was biggest problem of all. E. G. I like only omelette or scrambled eggs, but they only had fried eggs, Fruit selection was poor (e. G. I don't like watermelon) , Pastry selection poor, everything poor.

LL does not have these problems and breakfast available to almost any hour. Almost every other Hotel in vicinity of Cita 23 can do Omelette for breakfast and have reasonable fruit selections, and get a comfortable night's sleep.

My summary of Cita 23 was cheapish but still not worthwhile.

I usually get the omelet because most hotel cooks don't know how to make a fried egg "over easy". They just do a sunny side up egg, then flip it. But I digress.

Many times while booking, you have the option to include breakfast. I'm always hesitant to include breakfast because of the limited time. Sometimes breakfast goes only to 10am. 11am if you are lucky. But if you are out to all hours, this is still too early. Is the LL breakfast included in your booking? If hotels listed "All day breakfast included", I'd be more inclined to book them.

By the way, I only ate the Citidines 11 breakfast once, and that was enough for me. Sometimes I simply opted to make my own since they have a kitchen in their rooms.

Could be a USA thing? In Thailand your balls are known as "khai" which means literally "eggs".

The special feature of Livingstone's is the breakfast (always included) can be had at any time, I think deep into the afternoon or maybe evening. I prefer Hotels where breakfast is good variety and available till at least 10:30AM minimum.

Basically, it's fried egg started on one side, then flipped to the other side and completed to various degrees of yolk hardness. After many many years of trying to get eggs done the way I like them, I was explaining to a waitress how I like them,"Khai dao. Khai kao suk, khai daeng mai suk", she responded,"You want over easy?" I suspect the owner of the place (Dynasty Inn by the way) is American.

Thai style seems to be to cook only on one side until crispy, the other side is completely runny for both whites and yolks. And it should be served cold.

And yes, I ate breakfast once at Citidines and came to the same conclusion as you and never had breakfast there again.

I will have to check out Livingston's if their breakfast goes after 11am.

There is a place in Pattaya, Residence Garden, that has my favorite breakfast in Thailand. Mostly because they know how to cook home fried potatoes. Anyhow, the breakfast is not included with the room, and further they used to charge more for the exact same breakfast if ordered after 10:30am. Something like 100 bath more. I've heard it's the same price all day now.

And the hotel restaurants are part of hotels, so I think it is relevant. But to keep it on point, are there any hotels that are girl friendly for the room, but NOT for the breakfast? I think I recall such a hotel in Samui when I as doing my research. I usually do ST, so it's not really relevant to me, but on occasion I do want to do LT.

Whoever who she / he is. Otherwise you pay for it, regardless whether the guest has been in your bed or not.

Breakfast, just as laundry, a drink at the bar or anything else is a commodity from the hotel that has to be paid. Some hotels choose to sell rooms with breakfast included. Two if the room is paid for two people.

LL used to have a fab daytime waitress (actually the best) that always seemed to know what I wanted even before I knew. I called her "Turbo" (as in turbo-charged). Breakfast in the afternoon no problem. Unfortunately she left to have a baby. Anyway hopefully the cook can do "over easy" ("nim mai khaeng") but I don't know, as I always had the omlettes with onion + mushroom + ham + cheese + tomato + loads of pepper, and numerous coffees.
