I have heard stories from bar owners on another board and there's a lot of prep work in opening a bar and once opened there's still more to do as it's never complete. Something else that they might have to deal with is people not working out, the managers, cashiers or mamsan not measuring up or moving on.

On LK, Soi Buakhao make a left on left is a small weed shop left glass door center is a short time room, Also down Soi Honey small place called 5 Star nice rooms.

Walked up Soi Excite a little after Midnight to the big bar complex to the right of the street. Only 3 or 4 bars open but one of them, Area 39, had at least 200-300 people in it, seeming to be mostly locals, while the other bars had maybe 30 at the most. Anyone have any idea why that bar is so popular?
