OS[/QUOTE]Nice pix. I'm shocked you were able to take such a good one of State Tower. So often the rail is jam packed with tourists. What day and time did you take it? The date stamp appears to be off a bit. Either that, or there was a complete solar eclipse at 13:00. :)

We got to the hotel around 12:30, and the sky bar closed at 1am. They actually let people stay while they cleaned things up, so we were able to stay until 1:30am, with far fewer people after 1am.
Wine was expensive. 700b to 900b for a glass, but they were good wines.

I only went to soi cowboy area, and spicy, climax. Oh also to Spasso, but that place having vew few FL. Saw only one girl worth checking out but she was not interested in me somehow.
Did not go to Thermae, as that place closed early, like 1am, it seems.
Sorry to report that I didn't not succeed with the 3some, communications with the girls there was too difficult. It was hard to find a girl that I find attractive, and to ask on top of that to speak English, seems too difficult, so my GF just sleep and let me go out to have fun.

What you mean by "vew few FL"? If it means what I think it means (very few FL) are you sure you have been to Spasso's? As the place are crowded by FL's every night. Have not been there since February though so I will stand corrected if the place have turned into a non P4P joint in a couple of months.
And since I have been a regular Spasso customer over the latest years I will sure dive into this on my next BKK visit in 10 days.. I have to sort this out as you made me worried:-)

Only one cute and slim with an older woman and she accepted a drink from me, but showed no interest, and left with her friend shortly, so I was not even sure if she was looking.

Or was it like this 6 you call FL's was the only one did not having male company? Then I understand better as the FL ratio inside Spasso runs in the mid to high 90% they only dress more casual and try to fit into this so called "hi so" lookalike joint. I bet if you waited until closing time the girl would be more interested, hehe.

Yes, only about 6 not having male company and a handful with, but many many guys (40?) not having a female. I understand it could be so much fun and I like such place much more then the direct and in your face go go bars, but the ratio didn't work for me at all. I was staying pretty much close to closing and did not see any other that got me interested, and as I said earlier, the only one cought my eye left without a guy.

Just looked at rates for a high season stay in December of this year. The rates on Agoda were WAY higher than the rates quoted on the Phachara web site.
That said, there may be hotel booking web sites that offer good deals. I'm familiar with Wotif, but if anybody wants to recommend other sites I'd love to check them out.
