Is it the old Fenwicks, now called Escape?

If so, its not a patch on what it used to be. Just spent a week there - it was fairly quiet most nights. Neptunes has taken over.

The remainder of the week sort of passed in a haze of total debauchery. A chance meeting with Nonette (Laguna) and a trip to my hotel bedroom has to be avoided in the future – at one point in the mish position I asked her if she was OK. She asked why and I told her I thought I detected movement from her – and I was not mistaken.

She could well be home now to Manila.

Shirly continued to give sterling service although you have to get used to the constant reference to her manager and how she controls the purse strings. She is there until mid April and can be found in the row of girls sitting at the bar in Galaxy. If you do decide she is for you – treat her well. Lovely girl and so so GFE. Given other circumstances and in another life, I could fall for her but I am in the camp of "once a bar girl, always a bar girl". Very pretty – an 8 in my book.

It seems to me that Escape (still has the best band IMHO) has had its day – Neptunes was always packed. When in Escape one night an African girl came up to me and her opening line was "Hello, I am only 24 but have a tight pussy for you. Like to try? " She was dead serious as well. I've heard better opening lines.

In Neptunes, Look out for Winnie – HK$1000 was a good deal with her for LT. Traffic was visited once – never again – its poor and not busy, even on a Friday/Saturday. A visit the Bridge at 7. 00am one day reveals a packed bar with the girls still doing a roaring trade in drinks, but most showing the effects of a night trawling the bars looking for business.

The Vietnamese are back in town – a boatload came in on Sunday 7th March and were in Escape. Good looking girls keen to please and any who approached me started off at $HK1000. Good looking girls and my mate will vouch for a good time with them. Me? I prefer the Filipinos any time.

I remain convinced quality is down over the years but there are some gems around. I was surprised at Laguna – never a place I frequented regularly but it seems to "be on the up". Borocay was not my scene. There never seemed to be enough people in it to give an atmosphere. Galaxy is – well – Galaxy. It's a bit out of the way so it never gets going yet it always has some girls in it and to be honest some were OK this time. They go there because Galaxy looks after them whereas in the other places, it's the customers the bar looks after if you get my drift.

Amazonia is always packed out and has great bands, but then, its not that big a place.

Drinks are the usual rip-off, particularly lady drinks. So be careful. I was not and it cost me, but what the hell, I had a great time. Can't wait to return.

Only one Neptunes - just 2 minutes along the road from Escape. You can't miss their neon sign over the road lighting up the street. I prefer it now as it was always busier than Escape but as for a full house, it depends the time you go. You might find it worthwhile alternating between the two.
Don't forget that Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays will be quieter than the rest of the week.

Has any one ever done a forum search using the word hotel? Not fun. I'm looking for a ok place to stay while I'm on Wan Chai during the middle of May. Any sugestions? I have about a zillion more pages to read before I ask anymore questions.

Depends on your budget but a favourite of mine is the Charterhouse Hotel in Wan Chai Road - only 10 minutes walk to the action and less than HK$20 in a taxi back with your lady for the night. I like the Cosmopolitan and the Cosmo - slightly further away but there are plenty others right in the middle of Wan Chai - Empire. Metro, Wharney etc. I'm sure most of your other questions will be answered already.

I ended up with with alot of free time so I did do a search and googled the hotels mentioned in the reports. The Cosmopolitan and Cosmo are on the top of my list.

I am staying at the Luk Kwok hotel in the centrum of Wan-chai.

This afternoon, I was searching a massage place with happy ending.

I didn't know any adress, so finally, I finished in a thai massage, very good but without HJ possible.

I need some help because tomorrow is my last day in H-K, and I would like to test a nice massage, not far from my hotel.

I've seen a few posts about the downward trend in quality, so talked with a friend who'd just spent a week in HKG with a few nights in WanChai. Maybe he was just paranoid after taking a business trip to Bangkok, but he thought he noticed 2 ladyboys in Neptunes. Never got far enough with 'them to find out, but was shocked to see them around. I don't believe it. Could've been the result of poor quality. Anyone else have any ladyboy suspicions (or worse) in WanChai?

Also, my friend tried to get a late afternoon 141 session in at TST and said is was all shutdown. No ChampagneB. No James Lee Mansion. They're being replaced by hotels and shopping. What is up?

I want to go back to HK, but not with ladyboys and no 141 in TST. Is he effin' with me or is it for real?
