Caverta comes from ranbaxy and is a safe bet. It comes in 50 and 100 MG. 50 MG is recommended dosage. Personally used and is effective too. Ensure no over dosages as you will feel restless and also have trouble with your stomach. One of our friends have also suggested s film a chew and seems working good too. This is also a 50 MG strip with no side affects. I had personally not tried this but should be fine based on reports.

And to all those who have similar thoughts. While I don't know how old the poster is, what do you mean by performance enhancer? There are multiple reasons for you not performing:

1. lack of libido. Both psychological and physiological. The treatments for both of these are different. If you are unable to fathom what these are, consult a qualified doctor / psychiatrist.

2. Inability to have / maintain a sustainable erection. Erectile dysfunction ED. This is generally due to high BP, diabetes, obesity, in certain cases partial or high blockage of blood vessels which supply blood to the penis. Or in some cases specific nervous system problems. It could also be due to stress in life due to various reasons; personal / family / work / business etc Again consult a doctor to understand the reason.

3. Premature ejaculation. Non orgasmic ejaculation within few strokes, either while masturbating or intercourse. This can either be psychological or physiological. Masturbation is / was considered a taboo in mst sections of Indian society. As young boys, getting caught jerking off was always a nightmare, so we were mentally trained to finish it off quickly. I don't think any of us, I repeat any of us, were advised or discussed by our fathers / uncles or older male members of our family / circle on this. That quick release becomes a habit and in our actual sexual life we end up climaxing earlier than our wishes.

Another drug which helps in ED is tadalafil (commercial name Cialis) which came after Viagra. After these 2, another drug called levitra came out, which also helps treat ED. Please note that each of these are for specific different reasons of ED, with some overlap. While Viagra / variants are supposed to last for 3-4 hours, cialis / variants are supposed to be effective for 24-48 hours depending on individuals. Obviously for different reasons. Cialis is supposedly has lesser side effects (gas, headache, eyes blurring / itching, stomach discomfort, looses and many more. With Viagra).

And then there are a few treatments for PE, which could be anti depressants or lidocaine. Lidocaine can be tablets, sprays, gel etc. They are basically mild local anesthetics which cause numbness, thereby prolonging the ejaculation.

Do not self medicate or blindly pop up these medicines just to be macho. They are all more harmful than you think. Do not experiment.
