A couple of questions: I am just starting to get into keeping a few pix of those girls that are open to being photographed. Can I ask what function you used in PS or other software to get such a nice blurring of faces. It is much nicer that the pixilation or black stripe used by others.

On getting photos, can you tell me your approach? Do you pay extra? Do you explain upfront you want photos or spring it on them later. Or, are all these lasses just locals you have charmed, you nasty bastard! .
