I think for farangs it has come to be known as such but it's really just an intersection and BTS station. Nowadays, the area is more well known as a notable residential area along with Ari that are more comparable to Thong lor and Ekamai.
And yes the area is considered to be a part of Bangkok but since it's not Suhkumvit some may think it doesn't count.
Oh give your head a shake man. The whole street from beginning to end where the bars are are filled with Go Go bars, massage shops, and Kareoke bars. It is simply one of the areas in Bangkok catering to the locals and for someone to think because it's not Sukhumvit then it does not count is ridiculous. Ok so should not post about Ratchada, G Clubs, Rama 9, RCA, or anywhere. Only Sukhumvit is considered Bangkok.
Ridiculous post!

Ridiculous post!
Are you calling my post ridiculous or Smoothys because I tend to agree with what you're saying especially the part about it being in Bangkok.
Saphan Khwai is a local area but there is more to it than it being a red light district. Its mostly known as a residential 'area'. Ratchada is also considered more of a residential and business district, and for RCA, more than just an MP sex area.
Rama 9 is known as a mostly a shopping and business area.
All are in Bangkok.

Hi Sky
Why someone who participates on a somewhat public forum, would suggest to others that their contributions are not important or welcome. It seems a little bit elitist to me that someone else should decide for me what is "interesting" or of value. While I may agree that some posts may not by definition completely fall in line with the title of the forum, many times I have found useful nuggets embedded in posts that are otherwise of little interests to me. I know and agree that all posts should adhere to the TOS for this forum and the forum owner has given guidelines of what is acceptable and not acceptable. I would also like to offer an alternative to trying to suggest that the forum be censored to fit your (or anyone else's) idea of "appropriate content", is that you use the block feature to weed out those individuals that do not meet your standards for posting, or just keep scrolling instead of wasting the time to read material for which you have little use. Of course that is just one person's perspective.

Sky.
While The Administrator or Jackson not sure which is which have the right to edit what appears on the forum I'm totally opposed to censorship anywhere anytime. Just as you have the right to comment on my post I feel I have the right to make a general observation on the content on the forum. You may feel different that's fine and I may well be in a minority in my opinions but I have that right. I only recently logged on to ISG after a long absence, when I did I got the impression the forum had become a platform for some members to endlessly talk about themselves, what they eat what they drink what kind of girls they like what time they get up which would be fine if it was just the once but on and on over and over again. I don't remember it like that before, maybe I'm turning into a grumpy old fart.
P.S. Sorry about the cockup earlier.
I have taken up a hotel in the Pratunam area, which is the shopping district. Can anyone suggest any places around their to start off.
Also would value an oppt to meet senior members and monger together.
Thanks,
Cheers.
Pratuu Naam is not a prime mongering area, however there are Soapies in the area. Chao Praya 2 was my favourite Soapy 15 years ago but has declined badly and I have not visited for quite a while. Avoid J One and Cupidy as known rip off places. I used to stay at Century Park Hotel many years ago.
PratuNam is renowned for traffic jams. Be careful a few Hotels may not be girl friendly such as Bangkok Palace a family Hotel.
There is also Venus, Plaza (Makkasan), Aqua, and Petchaburi Soapies not too far away, if they are all still going strong.
You can catch the BTS to Sukhumvit places. Taxi could be real slow unless late at night. Motorcycle to the BTS.

Experince at Tulips
I am not so active in the mongering scene. Matter of fact, my action happened nearly after 2 years.
From Pratunam to Tulip was quite eventful. First decided to take the bus but then was guided to take the metro which to be reached nearly took me 1/2 hour. Pratunam is bad in terms of bts and can get confusing.
Coming back to the tulips report. Was easy to find the place. Immediately was asked by the man at counter if I wanted to go FR a sexy massage which would cost 1900 bath FR 1 hour, I readily agreed and payed upfront. He asked me to choose among the 8-10 gals sitting.
All the gals were close to there late 30's / 40. I am more into younger women but had no choice. Had a thought of leaving but wanted to get some action done. Went FR Vy (view) very sweet and cute face, but has fat on her belly which is noticeable when she gets nude. Probably this would be same FR other women as well.
With absolutely no action FR such a long time, the first pop came very fast. Bit second one took a while. She did a decent job FR massage and was in no hurray. With less experience under my belt, I dint perform that well, but was a good experience overall.
Special thanks to our senior members Synergizes and Avitor12 FR responding to my initial post. Guys do recommend me any other clubs, I know there tons of info available. But really value our senior members perspective.
Thanks FR being a guiding motivation to this young chap!

Is this a new thing or so? FR FR FR? What's wrong with FOR?

Ridiculous post!
I would suggest Dog you set up a PR agency with the club owners of Saphan Khwai as your first client. I for one will check this place out and seems lots of others are of the same mind. I am not sure if it ever becomes a regular venue for "farangs" but you have started something here.

Thanks FR being a guiding motivation to this young chap!
Just one tip. You are supposed to use proper English here, as best you can. "FR" does not quite work. Seems you meant to write "for" but were too lazy to ad the "o" in the middle.

Best BKK trip!
This must be my 5th trip coming into bkk.
As usual stayed at holiday inn express soi 11 used up my IHG points for this stay. Checked in around 3 coming in from Pattaya. Took a nap. Got up at 6 took a shower hopped into the 7/11 next door for a couple of essentials. Had official calls from 8 - 10 finished all that and started mongering.
Started off with the usual a beer at Nana on the lower courtyard. Lots of good looking chicks around. Finished off my beer came out the compound went to cowboy.
Started off with Baccara which usually does not allow People of my skin inside unless and until a drink is bought from the outside and taken in. I paid for 4 drinks asked them to send it upstairs tipped the doorman a 100. Lots of difference in service and attitude after that. Guess Its not about the colour of my skin its about the colour in my wallet. LOL.
Anyhow went upstairs sat in the corner the t** Dance was going on. Talent was not that good for the first 20 minutes or so. Then when the shift changed a cute chick with ample bosom appeared. Very cute with a tight ass, Immediately beckoned her over she finished her set and joined me her name was SAI / Soyee Not sure anyhow 600 for BF and 2 K LT was her rate. The night was still young pretty early to get bogged down. I told her I will be sitting here for the next hour or until I finish the drinks I have already purchased, Bought her some 3 LDs to keep me company. She was grinding me. Took my fingers and guided me into her pussy which was fun. She said that she had to go as it was her turn on the floor. I said OK. By then a friend caught up with me and we had to leave.
From Baccara we went to Shock 39 which was full of Indian punters. Played a game of pool with my friend scoped the talent nothing caught my fancy. Had some drinks and left the place. Came to a disc opposite grace hotel amazing hummus with pita. They have a dance floor inside with some arabian music running Fancied a girl near the bar her name was meena short with glasses just the perfect finish to my nerdy fantasy. Bought her a drink. She was find to talk to very informative and with the right sense of humour throughout. I told her about my hotel nearby and asked her if she would like to come, she said ok while walking towards the room she said she normally charges 100 USD for a LT. I stopped in my tracks threw her a good look and told her "honey if your service s good I pay 100 $ don't worry." She said no she wants it upfront, After having a similar experience where paying the lady before LT made her leave almost immediately after the deed. I declined I told her I will pay her but only after. If She is ok we will go else I am sorry. She declined. I paid her 200 b for her taxi bid her bye.
Just thinking was there a better way of handling this. Seniors any pointers.
Making a trip to China July 14 -20 via bkk will be in bkk from 21 -24.

Thank you for bringing it to my notice!

Hotel vs. Incall
Hello all,
This is my first trip to Bangkok and I am going to be staying for a week in July. I live in Korea but have never gotten the chance to get to Thailand for some reason.
Now, there so much info on here, it's hard to sift through, since Thailand in general seems like such an awesome place for play.
However, for a first time, I was wondering does it pay to get a nicer hotel to bring ladies back to for the night? Or is it more preferable to just do only in-call at massage places? Both seem to have their good points. But just from what I have seen, the girls at bars appear to run the scale from fugly to absolutely stunning- and the websites for massage places appear to be more "average" and the prices a bit higher. This may be completely just an outsider's view though. Is it worth it to get a smaller or dingier place (even a hostel?) and then splurge on incall places? Or is the convenience of a hotel something that is going to come in handy when I can't control myself late at the bars? Haha.
Thanks.

How much?
I've just splashed on some Tom Ford polished the Berluti's and checked the amount of Baht. I would love to know how much you guys take when venturing out. I take between 8 and 10 k, if more and I have a little too much grape or grain it can quickly vanish but less I feel limits my choices.

Word of caution!
I will be next month in Bangkok. Where I can meet Russian freelancer?
Are Russians do kinky?
As many have rightly advised on this forum, finding a 'true' Russian FL in BKK can be a challenge as most online options are likely to be bait and switch joints coupled with poor service and when it comes to clubs, most freelancers would be from CIS countries. IMHO, BKK is not the best place when it comes to finding good and genuine talent from Eastern Europe / Russia.
