Buffet at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel - Which One?
The Oriental buffet is really extraordinary. It is on my top ten list of last meals before I die. You should try it at least once even though it is très beaucoup expensive.
The dining information page on the Mandarin Oriental hotel's web site shows several different buffets in several different restaurants:

Perhaps Mr. Bumpo (or other gourmands) might recommend a specific buffet at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
Getting peckish just thinking about it.

Sunday Brunch at the Four Seasons Hotel
These people are so serious about this food thing that they fly the ultra gourmet "Echire butter" for their Bearnaise steak sauce in from La Rochelle France every Saturday morning. And, yes the sauce is absolutely completely insane, something that interrupts and reorganizes your entire thought process about the way you think of food. Everything there at the Four Seasons brunch is at this level.
The hotel's web site has a page devoted to the Sunday brunch:

And if you click here, you can see a sample menu. It sure looks to be everything Mr. Barko promises and more:
