Medellin Reports
There is an expression that many must hear and learn, you may shrug this off but just allow it to marinate for a while as you come to understand how true and encompassing it is:

"The only honest woman is a prostitute".

The Tall Man.
If you are going to retreat to that one, "all women are prostitutes," then the same principle applies to you. What will you do for $? Use your imagination. But yea there are plenty of homes where the man and woman are both bread earners. And there are a lot of women that support their bum boyfriends. There are women who do guys they are heavily attracted to simply because they are horny. It might make you feel better about your practice of buying it to assume that all or 80% of the women in a certain country are selling it, but there's no evidence to support that. File it under "monger myths."
After her mom lost her job I started to pay my girls facturas in the house and buy the food. $200 a month the water the gas the administration fee for the vigilance, and electric is another all totaled 300,000 cop max, so for less than $300 a month I'm supporting her, her mom why younger brother. $1500 a month I could probably support the whole damn building jajaj Elvis, just keep in mind 60% of all Colombians make minimum wage, and that was just raised to about 730,000 a month, slight more than $200 a month to work 5 and a half days a week for 30 days so now you get a perspective to how much your giving these girls. I'm sure they are going to be fighting over you when you get there. Jajaj But remember there is a difference between helping these girls in a very desperate time and being a Pendejo.
LL,

It is around $200 per month per woman, which is about what you are giving that one chica. As you said, that is just to get by. When I have a woman who has her father who has lost her job say, "I do not what we are going to do for groceries. " I send her $70, and she shows me a cart full of groceries, what I am supposed to think, that she is bullshitting me? She could be, but I do not think so. Most of the time generosity does not get you shit. The women think they are great hustlers and can just go onto another guy, but these are not normal times.

Thing is I was seeing hot women on seeking.com and could not get them to pay attention to me. So to separate myself from the pack, I said, "Hey, I know times are tough. Do you need a little to get by? And I would send them $30 or $40" I knew that 95% of the responses on seeking.com that women get are guys trying to fuck them and pay nothing, so this separated me from the others, and the hottest women stunningly all responded to me.

The funny thing is one, who may have been the hottest one, was in Medellin. I gave her $40 twice, told about a trip to Mexico, and she bitched that I was bragging about this trip while she was miserable and stuck in her house. We actually had decent chemistry before that. Anyway, I told her that given that she was going to be miserable no matter what I gave her, I told her that I would give her nothing from then on and blew her off. I had similar come to Jesus moments with the two women I see in Mexico. The best looking women rarely have men discipline them and when they do, the men usually are not fair about it. So we are done right? Nope, she has been frequently checking out my profile on seeking. I suspect when I get to Medellin I will see her and I will have no problem telling her that I expect her to act like and perform like a good companion and if she is only interested in complaining, she can sit her ass at home.

And you guys are missing the most important part. You have the best sex with women when it is not just about the money. All of these women have said "Te amo" or "Te quiero" to me, and sometimes I reciprocate and sometimes I do not if I do not feel it is genuine. These hot women get hundreds of texts and calls a day right with every kind of offer imaginable. But when I text or call them, they respond and quickly. In fact, they ***** when I do not call or text them enough.
Take out the women and how badly would you want to go to Colombia?
The women in Colombia are attractive just like women are attractive anywhere else. When people say it's heaven in Colombia sounds like an exaggeration. The downside is there is no variety like you'll never find a hot Asian girl in CL. The pricing is favorable, but only for those who come from the outside.
One story comes to mind when I met a UTR chick in Bogota who wanted $400 for a few hours. Said she was with an American last week who gave her $400 so now that's is what she wants from all gringos.
This girl seems very rude. Up charging someone just because of their place of residence or their appearance. Not the kind of woman that men would like to date. Plus a North American has $400 to spare probably because he has to pay $2500 rent. For example did you see in YouTube girl from medellin that moved to Toronto she says in Colombia she had a car and she bought apartmentWhen she moved to Toronto she lives in a one room basement with her husband and her 2 dogs. Basements don't even have proper Windows. So, 400 Whatever. Was she in some way a better deal than the Standard woman that can be found in bogota?

I was in el Centro this morning, and a tout handed me a card and said they were open. Also, walked by Zandaly and the gate was open. Looked like there was some construction going on. Things are looking up!
As much as I hate to say it, as it is hypocritical, but if I had an Airbnb in Colombia I would also have rules about visitors.
It is not hypocritical. One is your hobby the other is business. No one would expect anyone to ruin their business to stay true to the people that share their hobby.
Thanks, CL, it is a lot for Colombia, and thank God Mexico has been open to me. I tried seeking.com here in the sex prison. One woman wanted $1000 just for a day. I told a male friend about that and he laughed and said, "For that much money, I will let you fuck me."
This literally made me laugh aloud.
It has been reported that 80% of every woman in Colombia has accepted money / gifts for sex (prostitution) at some point in their life.
This spring, I met and chatted with a very nice young lady after a class at UBP. Later in the day, I met her again at Ashia, unfortunately a victim of the virus. Had a great session, and she has been one of my regulars during the lockdown. Great lady! She is working her way through college.
It is not hypocritical. One is your hobby the other is business. No one would expect anyone to ruin their business to stay true to the people that share their hobby.
Well said.

I am not an objective source about this but I think renting is a very good option because of its low risk and flexibility.
I have thought on and off about buying an apartment in Medellin since I visit so often. Any rental income would be gravy. I just need to really sit down and compare what I'm paying for all of my trips (rentals) vs. What I would pay to buy and pay taxes, services, and HOA (and have the hassle of dealing with these folks).

Two things I've observed:

1) Prices mean nothing. I have real concerns about being ripped off, given the lack of information available on comps.

2) Need to pay cash, which ties up your money into something that may or may not provide a return.

3) Your investment is extremely illiquid. I have seen some apartments that have been listed for a year or more without a buyer. So if you want or need to get out, it will take time.

Unless I decide to live there for 1/2 of the year, I'll probably just continue to rent for now.
I wonder if anyone wants to challenge this.

This is as official as it gets. Looks like we are not going to wait until mid-next year after all.

I really hope my flight next Wednesday actually happens. We will see.

At any rate, I've been impressed with the quality of chicas on Tinder these days.

And today I started talking to a chica who has 19 years, but who is in 11th grade. Something sexy about banging a HS girl (as long as she's legal). This would be my third. I still see another girl who is 18 and is finishing high school this fall. SJOBS would be pleased. But I'm a little different in that I also enjoy a girl in her later 20's. I find those girls are more experienced at sex and enjoy it more. Which is a turn-one.

I have another girl who is 22. She's a gym rat. Geez, I like her. She wanted to video chat tonight. Not sure of her angle (has not asked for money, does not seem to be a prepago), but I hope to see her and find out.

Just spoke to my favorite bar tender at Gustos. For those that visit that place. She told me that they will be open starting Tuesday. That's a good sign that the nightlife in Parque Llares could be back eventually. I reached out to a few of my bar girls at Chic Boom and Parque Llares and haven't heard back yet. Staying optimistic but safe to say there is now a pulse. This is too good to be true hahaha and just think I I'm flying to El Paso Tx today because I was going crazy and took drastic measures without my Colombian women hahaha. Wish I could cancel now and save all this for my next trip. Then again, these chicks will be free LOL. (Kinda). I hate dating knowing what I could be doing in the next few weeks.
