I don't frequent the other city forums but I came to know about ISG from another forum which is free and where the Mumbai forum is very active. I always wondered why the Delhi forum there is so silent until I discovered this forum from there and how happy I was to find so many friendly Delhi mongers here.

I am not sure how the Mumbai forum here is, but in the particular site, the senior were very very uncooperative. Unless you have something new to share you never get anything in return. Pretty hard for newbies.
