I was asked by an ISG member to confirm Acqua was girl friendly and I can confirm it is. Didn't realize Lefeu already stayed there. Girls need to drop ID card before going to room. The girl working at Acqua is cute. Hotel looks nice but I haven't seen the rooms.
Mytt hotel also looks nice and it's right beside that gorgeous Starlight restaurant I've been meaning to try. Any eaten at Starlight. Not sure about price but some of the new A-One hotels on Soi 3 are dirt cheap at times.

My Airbnb host fucked up my reservation just now which was from 6th to 9th February.
Looking for hotel options in Sukhumvit (Near Nana plaza) for 3 people which are girl friendly and are cost efficient.
Some leads will be appreciated.

I read good reports on [URL]Booking.com[/URL] but cannot find any write-up about experiences at Datomas. Has anyone stayed there? I like the location on Soi Honey.

I always stay at the discovery beach hotel on beach road. It's upscale for pattaya standards. Nice pool. And I have sneaked in 2 girls at once. It's next to the hard rock cafe.

After spending a disastrous night at Page 10 on Soi 10 I went online and booked two nights here. It gets an 8. 2 at bookings. When I came walking up to the hotel I was a bit worried, it looks kinda seedy from the outside but the room is really nice and built with mongers in mind (seriously, no love swings, but a great bed, mood lighting, windows into the shower blah blah blah) super clean room, very nice people. It was a little pricey on short notice I'm paying 140 US for two nights but not expensive by any stretch.
It's on soi 8 about 1/2 block from the beach.
They require that visitors register and the lady who checked me in (Annie, very nice) said they got to be a minimum of 20 years old.
I haven't spent a night yet but my room doesn't point to the bars so I think it will be ok, but if not I'll update.
Noise update: I'm in the back and there is some bar noise but not bad.
Tweet tweet is a great hotel. Just don't bring a girl under 20. They won't let her in. I found out the hard way when my 18 year old wasn't allowed to stay.
What's wrong with page 10? The rooms are very nice.

Here was a run down of my problems.
Internet down for more than 20 hours, I was able to get what I needed done using my phone as a hotspot but that's a pain.
The A / C temp wouldn't go up. It blew exactly the same temp air when set to 18 as it did when set to 25, it was either too warm or freezing in the room.
I'm not a drunkard, I wanted to go to bed at 12. Those clubs across the alley are LOUD, sleep was impossible. I think somebody that hits the town partying wouldn't be affected by this because they would get to the room after the clubs closed. I had to stay up past 2 (for the troll that likes to snark everybodies posts on this thread I didn't get up and go out because I didn't want to. I was tired and wanted to go to bed).
The king sized bed was two single beds shoved together, that's a pet peeve of mine.
When I couldn't sleep I thought I would take a bath, the stopper in the tub was broke it wouldn't fill up.
The shower had a big rain shower head and a wand. The big rain thing didn't work.
There was somebody else's hair in the sink.
There was some issue with the plumbing. Whenever somebody flushed their toilet or used the shower the noise coming out of my shower drain was enough to wake me up (for that troll, I'm not a light sleeper, it was really fucking loud).
When I went to the front desk at 3 am to beg to have my room changed the guy at the front desk laughed at me. Maybe it was one of those laughter to cover the shame things but it really pissed me the fuck off at 3 am when I couldn't sleep.
I think that was everything.
This hotel was recommended to me by a guy who travels a lot and knows Pattaya, I really think it was my turn to have everything turn to shit and that most people would be ok there.
Yes, the desk at the Tweet place was clear about the age thing, I asked what age needs to be on the ID because I don't do Buddha dates and she was nice enough to write it for me.

For what I'm paying, I expect something decent and that hotel is supposed to be a 4 star albeit run down. I'm going to look for a backup in the same area, maybe VT6.

We returned about 10 days ago from Pattaya and stayed at the Penthouse hotel. Overall it was what we expected and you couldn't get a better location regarding Walking Street and the proximity to the Baht Buses was great. Starting to plan our next adventure and would like to stay somewhere different but not wanting to waste time and energy walking from walking street with our girls can anyone tell me how late the Baht Buses run? I should have noticed but checking out buses at 2 to 4 am wasn't exactly on top of my agenda.
The only reason I don't want to repeat at the Penthouse is that my wife wanted to video call and when I'm supposedly away on business I don't think the theécor of the Penthouse would amuse her!

LOL. I loved the video chat issue. I can relate. Same issue here, the SO wanted to video chat while I stayed there and I scrambled to act like my video wasn't working. No can stay there due to that and it was really only good for a fun party night with a girl that you want to just fuck using all of the room amenities. Not a place to spend the night in my opinion.
