I was in Monterrey last weekend. Matehuala was closed. As all the other strip clubs. The massage parlors I saw were also closed.

There were several cantina type bars open. Some opening at 7 am. Some were closing by 8 pm, but there were a few that were open.

Late night. There was a lot of street action. I'm fluent in Spanish, so ended up talking to the chicks in the cantinas and a couple of the better looking.

I think they 6 decks at the tables, but they are not that strict. I real only like to play single or double deck, but honestly I am just happy to go out at the moment. They are just killing the economy, slowly.
