All you need is her Thai ID, doesn't hurt to have the Tabien baan as well, but ID is most important. Go to the offices at Chaeng Whattana, get in queue they take all the details costs B1000, takes maybe an hour depending on how busy it is, can usually pick it up from 24-48 hours later from there, they have a E-Passport to check it all works. Job Done, But I agree if you are going to PP I wouldn't take here, but Siem Reap I would.
