Advice on taking a thai girl on holiday: More advice received
I suggest work up to it.
Thanks Syzygies and everyone else, great to have you experienced fellows sharing with newbies like me.
I think you are right, I'll take it slow and work up with a couple of all day / nights and see they go before leaping into a Holiday with the girl.
I have a 24 hour layover in Bangkok so will suggest we get together then and 'test' the waters.
Owe you all a beer if I ever meet you in the flesh.
Cheers.
Ungrateful, thankless jerks
Have you ever replied to a PM from some random punter asking for advice and then not receiving a reply back? Not even a single word of "Thanks" ?
Such behavior really pisses me off, and I decided that the effort I put into replying might help some newbie. So here is the reply in a post form. Hope it helps someone.
Good luck with your first trip. No matter what you read on these forums, nothing can prepare you enough for the sensory assault that awaits you in BKK.
Let me try and break it down for you:
1. Hotels: I do not know what your budget is or where you are staying, but I advise you to stay on Sukhumvit Road, as close to Asok or Nana BTS. Should not cost more than $50 - 75 a day unless you are looking at true 5 star accommodations.
2. Food: Food will be no problem for you. There are plenty of options. When in doubt, head to Terminal 21, they have a good food court with plenty of options.
3. Transportation: BTS and MRT connect most parts of BKK very well. Get a map. Get a local SIM card with data and use Google for navigtion. If you take a taxi, insist on meter fare only. If the taxi refuses, simply say thank you and look for the next one. Motorbike taxis usually charge between 50 to 100 baht for any trip, but they can be dangerous as they drive recklessly. NEVER take a tuk tuk in BKK. They will rip you off.
4. Currency: Plenty of exchange outlets in the city. They take all currencies. But best to carry money in USD.
5. The main topic. GIRLS. This is broadly categorized into 5 sources:
A. Oilies: Plenty of oilies in BKK. Annie's and Tulip are very famous. Go there, you won't be disappointed as first time visitor. The method is the same in both places. Walk in, get a drink, talk to mamasan and tell her openly without any moral reservations what you want from the session. Choose a girl from the shortlist and have a good time. Do not expect a GFE here, these places are designed for PSE.
Be. Soapies: There are many soapies in BKK too. If budget is not a problem, I recommend The Lord. You can also try Amsterdam, Emannuelle, etc.
See. Gogo bars: Gogo bars are concentrated in 3 places. Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy and Patpong. These can be great sources of entertainment but also expensive. Some places are known to be discriminatory towards people from certain ethnic backgrounds, be aware of this and do not pick a fight. If you are turned down, simply walk away and find another bar. In these places, again get a drink, call a mamasan and ask them how things work. Am sure you have read enough about this on the forum.
The. Nightclubs / Discos: The most popular ones are Insanity, Levels, Spasso, etc. All around Sukhumvit. Spasso can be expensive. Other places, its really upto you and your game. Most places get going after midnight. Thermae is another place you might want to visit, but I doubt you will have success there. The place caters largely to Japanese customers. But a drink there is no harm.
E. Online: If you have RTFF you will know the popular apps to use for online hunting. Personally I have had fantastic success with Badoo and ThaiFriendly.
Lastly, there are escort sites which I avoid like a plague for two key reasons: Most sites use photoshopped pictures and the girl who arrives is not the one you booked. They are insanely expensive.
I also would avoid street walkers if it was my first ever visit. My objective is to get laid in a safe, convenient and efficient manner. And that can be achieved withing an hour of landing in BKK.
Have fun.

Nice guide for beginners.

My guess is that most of them are Guest friendly too.
Just take a local Traveller Sim Card at the airport. I got one of AIS for 299 THB. Then you can google Map for food and transport. Always ask for meter in a Taxi.
4. Currency: Plenty of exchange outlets in the city. They take all currencies. But best to carry money in USD.
Its a good idea to convert into USD if you are carrying extra money or if you will be travelling more than one country. But if you will be only travelling in Thailand then better to convert your country's currency to THB. Don't take the risk of carrying INR or IDR to Bangkok and then getting it converted to THB.

A good heuristic would be to choose from the girls who smile at you in the lineup.
See. Gogo bars: Some places are known to be discriminatory towards people from certain ethnic backgrounds, be aware of this and do not pick a fight. If there is discrimination against you, just remember its for business reasons and nothing personal. Just find another one. At these places if you spend like a pauper don't expect to be treated like a king.
Went to Thermae and it was filled with Japs / Koreans. Got lucky there and brought a girl back to hotel. Question to seniors, is the quality of girls same in Insanity and Levels compared to Thermae?
I would not recommend this for a beginner. I had bad experience from WeChat. And Badoo does not work for me. Maybe use this for shits and giggles but nothing seriously as for some men its a time sink without good ROI.
I also would avoid street walkers if it was my first ever visit.
Is it because of lady boys or is it because they give poor service?
Peace and joy.
