And having just said goodbye to my 21 year student who came here from Jakarta for a few days fun, she looked quite wonderful with her sailor moon look.

If there is someone in Cebu now or who will be there in August who could pop into a Global office and stick a 500 peso load in my phone so I donīt lose my number, I will be happy to pay you when I am there. I gave 500 pesos plus 100 for her trouble to a girl on my last trip and asked her to do this for me, but my feeling is that the 500 pesos are long gone.

I pick up a handful of Globe "Tattoo" 100P prepaid load cards when I am in Cebu. The cards usually have an expiration of one year to use the load, and the load itself lasts for 30 days after activation. I just pull one of the cards out when I am back home, scratch off the hiden load number on the back and send a text to Globe Philippines. Works great to keep a number active, and at 100P per month you can't beat the price.

Paypal is screwed up here as well. My Peru Visa card works with 90% of websites, but for putting loads on my phone, no dice. I am hoping that someone has $11 to load my number and I can just give them the money in Oct.

Globe "Tattoo" load cards are for reloading the Internet USB sticks that Globe is now marketing. Maybe you just mean the regular Globe load cards? Not sure why you would buy a "Tattoo" card to load a phone but maybe you know something I don't know.

Ahhh WR how I wish I could have been there with you this trip. Little Miss Cutie School Girl may well have been late for school by the time we both helped with her homework.
Seems a bit of a chore for you to have to be awake so early to get her off (to school I mean hehe).

I can't help with names except to recommend that you DON'T stay at the Bethel Hotel. It is ultra clean and well-run but it is marketed as a "family hotel", is very girl unfriendly (signs on each floor attest to that) and the room crew start each day with a group reading of some bible texts and they sing a hymn too. My secretary booked me in there once (by mistake) and it is a bit surreal to be woken by the sounds of hymn singing.
Unless of course you want that environment!! Don't expect to see big boobs on display though.

Could not have happened to nicer man....that has made my day my friend. Trust your PA never did that again. When you heard the hymns did you think you had died and gone to heaven....probably not, as they sing that sort of tune where you and I will likely end up :D
She is never late for school.....we just 'rise' earlier and her ass is always red for her first 'other' lesson (well I call school her other education RK!)
'Other' lessons this visit may include some girls as well....tough being a teacher :D

Well the congregation was in full voice there too. On the floor above Mercury Drugs all the chairs are laid out in rows and the priest is telling everyone to go forth etc. Then later having seen in in various SM malls, Festival Mall etc I realised that hymn singing and bible thumping goes on everywhere... heck we even used to start union negotiations there with a prayer and song for " peace".

Hotel In Dumaguete
I am not sure if this is a bit late, but I stayed at the best hotel in town. The name escapes me for the moment.
It is not expensive, rooms are very good, right in the midddle of town, and very gf.
The desk staff and guards always gave a cheerful hi as I escorted girls in and out, 2, 3 or 4 in a day.

Globe Tattoo
For what it is worth, I have tried both Globe Tattoo and Smart Bro internet dongles.
I found Globe to be hopeless. Seems there is no signal outside the capital cities.
Smart is not much better, but their entire system is so hopelessly overloaded that it barely works. But sometimes it does work. (But not here in Rizal, outer suburb of Manila)
