Thanks for the tip on the flyers. I saw a bunch of them as I was walking there. Not so much around Gangnam station, but further on. Did you ever try requesting a girl, or it just isn't done? I guess there must be some girls that are more foreigner-friendly. I actually overheard Nara practicing a few English expressions with the manager before she came in.

Most of the reports are about places in Kangnam (south of the river).

Any action in the Sinchon / Hongdae area, or anywhere north of the river?

It's actually W120,000 with a W30,000 tip. (Prices may vary. The first time I went there, the ajjuma said it was W100,000, but no girls were available at that time about 1pm.) I understand that it is better to go in the evenings, when they anticipate being busy and have girls on hand.

It's not hard to find the place. Go to the Seokyo Hotel near Hongdae Station, walk through the hotel to the back alley and you'll see the place with the barbershop pole. It says "남성휴대실" in Korean on the door.

I know there are many filipinas in other parts of Korea, but have never found any in Seoul. I am staying at the Hilton near Mt. Namsan and appreciate any help you guys can give.

I walked through Yongsan's RLD twice yesterday (Monday) at 5:30pm and at 11:00pm because of these reports and everything was business as usual. In fact, at 11pm, almost every shop on the main drag was open, which is something I hadn't seen before.

I was looking for the flyers on the windows because the arcade under City Hall is scheduled to close next month and all the shops have flyers in the windows opposing the decision. I wanted to see whether Yongsan was doing the same thing. I couldn't find any flyers at all.

Walked by Yongsan RLD at 2pm today. A few were already open and had the pink lights on with girls.

I will be in Seoul towards the end of the month on business and won't have a great deal of free time, but I will have a few hours to spare when I arrive. Can somebody please let me know what my options are in terms of a 'full service' liaison. From what I have read it seems that as an obvious foreigner I may find my options somewhat limited.

I will be staying at the Imperial Palace hotel in the Gangnam-gu neighbourhood but as I've never been to Seoul before I don't know what the area is like. Will it be easy for me to find FS girls? Is it worth extending my stay by a day in order to take advantage of what's available? I'm not keen on public transport so it would be fantastic if there's somewhere close to my hotel which can satisfy my needs.

I need to book my flight and hotel in the next 48 hours, so I'd really appreciate any advice you can give me. In the mean time I'll have another read of the forum and see if I can garner any more pearls of wisdom from it.

If you are a sophisticated business traveller, then your partner will take care of you. Still, when I heard the name - Imperial Palace Hotel-, it just reminded me happy experiences around that area. Within your walking distance, there are several (used-to-be a top notch, but I am not sure in these days) good AnMa (Massage Parlour) joints. 'Evian' just across the street, 'Finkl' the one diagonal to the Hotel (toward north), and what else....

Just walk around the Hotel, toward northbound Blvd.

P.S. Not sure they will accept the obvious foreign looks, but hey why not give it a try? At least, tell us your adventures and frustrations too.

P.P.S. In most cases I have seen, Imperial Palace is regarded as a in-city family-resort type accomodation. Still it is surrounded by the AnMas. Ironic.

I've looked on this forum a fair bit and have found some useful info. So far I've only been to some of the RLDs a handful of times and I've found them all a bit disappointing. The service is a bit rushed and mechanical. Quick BJ, then standard fuck.

What's the difference if I get a girl for an hour in these places? Will I get an extra pop?
