Both have average to bad freelancers. Also the Sorya Mall on 51 has freelancers in during the day. Just sit at any if the small cafes inside and watch them walk by. I would suggest you drop by the Walkabout bar at about 3-4 pm. At that time of day there seems to be a decent selection of freelancers available. It can be hit and miss at times but if you are patient and lucky enough it's possible to find a diamond amongst the rough.

Sorya Golden Mall (just around the corner from Walkabout on st 51) also has some freelancers hanging around in the afternoon.

Another option is the Sakura Hotel on st 242 which also operates as a massage place with extras available. Been there a couple of times but haven't been impressed with the prices or the service on offer. But who knows, you might be more lucky.

Golden Soriya Mall on St 51 (Sorya Mall is the big indoor mall near Central Market) is picking up in action. But take this as you will, a lot of girls that hang out there are the ones that have been banned from Walkabout for various reasons. I just walked by there tonight to get a pizza from the new cart next door to Black Cat. Then I walked back to my apartment past Central Market around 3:30 a.m. As I have done dozens of times.
