The management would not have the money back policy in place if they didnt believe in their product. I am sure they dont get many punters asking for their refund, and probably most of their clientele are repeat business.

I can only rely on a 1-time experience in EDEN about 1 year ago.
This was a positive one with even a 1st choice girl about an 8-9 as I remember. Her 2nd choice was 1.5 grades down.
However I can’t imagine that there is any refund actually paid as Marc’s SOP (Standard operation Procedure) regarding service definitely is incorporated in the girls.
When I went out with the usual smile I had to honestly admit to his question that I tried but couldn't find a reason to ask for refund.
Marc just hit the perfect setup regarding 'product', service, price and employe satisfaction etc.
We should admit and shouldn't be jealous about his success. That this probably cant be done with a straight lineup of 10's should be knowledge of every monger with 'starfish' experience.
Regarding a perfect business, I see only Giotto with his Livingstone setup who has in my eyes created a different, but similar perfect balance of product, service and price, creating another 'icon' for LOS.
It was a Livingstone Girl, my lovely Miss J, who unintentionally prevented me from my scheduled visit by emptying every remaining fluid before I could have spent it in Eden.

Only Giotto with his Livingstone setup could come close to that perfect balance.

Yikes, you do not really want to compare Eden and Livingstone's? I think that Marc and me really run completely different businesses.
We even do outcalls for Eden girls for our customers here ... the Eden service CANNOT be provided from the ladies working in our bar. Of course, there are exceptions, if the chemistry between girl and customer matches.
Here, at Livingstone's, the customer has to WORK HARD to make the girls happy :) ! The opposite business model from Eden.

Billpsu,
I think our posts disappeared. You had a question regarding Soi 33. It's called the Artists Soi, because several bars are named after famous artists such as Renoir, Van Gogh, etc. There are also other bars that have not followed the theme and also several massage places like Teen and the well known Akane establishment. Livingstones Lodge is on that Soi and you can probably stop by and pick Giotto's brain for more info! LOL!
The prices in most of the bars are more than double (1,500 baht barfine vs 600 baht for NEP). The girls are dressed better, the higher prices means no crowds, and a less rushed experience. While the girls are dressed better, this does not mean they are better. I have seen a few top notch girls there. Some speak little to no english.
Worth a look and you can determine if it's for you.

Giotto,
I think Brain meant similar in the most broadest sense. Both you and Marc strive to have an environment that has your customers leaving satisfied with services provided, even though the "services provided" are in two very different arenas.

AT 2 you brought it exactly to the point. Sorry Giotto if it confused you. Edited a little for clarification.
We are talking about completely different business setups here of course.
The only parallelism I see is that 'product, service and price balance' is well adjusted.
This leaves customers well satisfied and repeating.

...
Asia Traveler2,
The barfines differ a lot now here in Soi 33. Some bars take THB 1,000.00, the Office Bar THB 800,00. The traditional hostess bars (Renoir, Monet) more. Livingstone's has 3 rates: THB 1,500.00 before 11 pm, THB 1,000.00 until 1 am. Afterwards THB 700.00.

Don't worry - I think I WANTED to misunderstand your report a bit :) ...

This weekend (Sunday) the Thais decide about their new constitution. Usually we expected that we cannot sell alcohol on Saturday night, sometime the ban is even extended to Sunday night during elections.
Funnily - everything is different with this referendum. Our friends from the police just visited us - no problem to sell alcohol Saturday and Sunday. Everybody who was worried - this weekend will be business as usual in all bars in Bangkok.
You did not show up for a beer up to now, you bastard :) !
[Blushing] Yes I know, Sorry LOL. I will definitely be in the Lounge Saturday! it's a date! (I hope you are open? knowing Sunday is election day).
If other ISG Members are up to it, then let's meet at the Sports Bar Saturday?
I don't usually take part in fights on ISG or any other board. On the occasions I do, it is almost always in response to an attack. Even though HK Dog said very unpleasant things about Eden and my posts, I didn't respond, mainly because others were making the same points I would and I didn't want to fan the flames.
But since he said I lie and implied strongly that I have an ulterior motive for posts - financial gain - I'll make this one response here. If there is a need for more, I'll put it in the fight thread. I don't want to clutter this thread with bad-karma banter.
The substance of HK Dog's posts is that he went to Eden eight times and didn't see any ladies he found attractive. I have been to Eden many more times than eight and saw numerous ladies I found attractive.
What's strange or controversial about that? Where's the problem, except maybe in the mind of HK Dog?
On this board, on every other board, hundreds of guys disagree daily on which girls are pretty and which aren't. True and false or right and wrong have nothing to do with it. It's all based on subjective opinion. HK Dog seems to assume his own interpretation of the 1-to-10 scale is universal, when it is obviously not.
Some guys like younger women, others older. Some want petite ladies, other prefer tall or big girls with meat on their bones. Some like wild girls, other want them demur. Long hair or short hair; big breasts or small; light-skinned or dark-complexion, it's all just a matter of personal preference.
Moreover, I posted pictures of two Eden ladies I find attractive. Some guys will agree with me, some won't. But what basis does HK Dog have for saying that I lie about the appearance of the ladies of Eden? I find Pla and Wa attractive and he doesn't. Does that make me a liar?
Secondly, HK Dog also seems to assume the sole criterion for choosing a partner or P4P establishment is the physical appearance of the ladies. The level of service, the personalities of the ladies, the convenience and security of Eden are as important to me as the ladies' looks. Their ability in English is another make-or-break factor for me and some of the Eden ladies speak better English than any other P4P providers I've met in Thailand.
The charge that a poster is praising an establishment for commercial reasons could be raised about anyone. Nothing can be proved one way or the other on an Internet forum. It would be just as logical and valid for me to say that HK Dog is getting paid by a competitor of Eden to bash it. However, that's a ridiculous path to go down and I would have as much proof for my allegations as he has for his - none at all.
And to the others, yes, with a tiny amount of work it is easily possible to get the same service as Eden girls and have model looks. Its BKK afterall.
Instead of knocking my posts, why don't you write a post describing how you do this? Please give the details of exactly where you find these ladies and include pictures - I'm sure everyone would like to see examples of your stunners.

Evil, I enjoy your posts.
don't bother lowering yourself, you are doing just fine !

I see some narly photos, and goofy babble at ISG but I am just glad that people are enjoying the p4p venues instead of accepting the boring alternatives forced down their throats back home. It troubles me when I see people lash out at others for going bagless, posting uglies, or looking green. I DO try to coach them on not getting scammed or inflating the prices. i've been going there since the 70's and started the p4p in the late 80's and 2 of my favorite girls of all time was a pair my pal and I had at Eden about a year ago. We took them home for the evening as they were so talented, and pleasant. I can't imagine having a bad experience at Eden.
As someone who only visited BKK twice I can safely say Eden was perhaps the most memorable experience (as I said in the report I posted back then). Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and my first choice at Eden was very attractive in my eyes, with her second choice a few levels lower. But the combination of attitude and service provided by those two would be hard to match anywhere. So although looks usually come first I think we all soon realize there is a lot more to it! And if you really don't like what is on offer at any establishment it's simple - just leave. I too would imagine it is hard to leave Eden disappointed.
Why don't you guys take Giotto's wise advise?
