Actually the area has been crying out for urban renewal for ages. The boulevard is quite nice area at night again at the moment, its great for the city to redevelop this slum behind the seafront. The same thing was done down in Dipolog recently with a big improvement to that city's amenity.

I prefer the Gos Gos but LA was a good place to go just to hang out. No pressure to buy drinks. Music wasn’t that bad. It was nice to see the girls in a relaxed environment shooting pool, chasing tricks, drinking themselves into a stupor and not just shuffling around on stage in some beach wear :D

Yes, I think I would be very uncomfortable with a provider handling something like my laptop too. For the planned trip, not planning on doing a 'Hannibal crosses the Alps' sort of venture, just what I need to get me through (maybe not even a camera). What with the extra "fees" the airlines are tacking on for baggage these days, I figure the lighter I travel, the cheaper I travel.

Well, think I might follow the Manila advice and center on Bangkok.

Good April Fools, but I would have had mixed feelings. I'd be glad they may be trying to clean up that slummy, dangerous, dog shit area. But I love LA Cafe itself.


For the time being, I'm done with the Phils anyway. Thailand has it beat in almost any relevant area I can think of anyway except ease of getting there.

Plus after having kids their belly becomes in terrible shape. Not all, if they don't scratch while pregnant, but that's the case of most of the hookers you'll find in LA Cafe or Quezon Avenue because they are mostly uneducated. Most of them have kids, which is why they get in the trade in the first place, and they do tend to have kids at a very young age. Finding a P4P girl old enough to enjoy sex but not yet "damaged" is quite a challenge...

This being said I don't know the word for it but I observed it may times indeed.

After a kid or two things get a little stretched down there & so it is more _obvious_.
