1. No, it's $18 total. Never had a $2 HJ before. $8 to the shop and $10 to the masseuse.
2. It's north of what Phnom on Sisowath. I don't think it's a "bad" area to go, just a more local area with few foreigners. Never had any problems there.
3. The location of Soul has been described in earlier posts but anyway it's near the corner of Norodom and Mao Tse Toung. If you're coming from Monivong, it's past Norodom (on the way to the Sofitel) and you'll see a sign for Soul on Samdach. See here:

I only had 5 hr in PP but I booked a room at Flamingo since they only ask for 20. It is near HOD, walkabout and several other bars. I didn't sea anything I like at the bar so I went to Paris hotel for some massage. Pick a spinner and she just start this month so still very shy. She got nice boobs but won't let me take pictures. I spent last week in PP. I don't monger there anymore as I have a steady GF who now lives back in the provinces and comes to visit me whenever I'm in town. We spent a bit of time at the Walkabout every afternoon and most nights we would hang out at Golden Soriya Mall.
At both venues there were a number of very doable chicks available. I like Soriya Mall, cheap beer and food. 3 pooltables. The only thing that annoys me about the place are the hundreds of vendors and kid beggars that are a constant hassle. I understand these people have to put food in their stomachs, but some nights it's really non stop.
Dropped by Martinis on Sunday night and it was pretty dead, very few punters and a collection of ugly working girls with only 2 or 3 exceptions. I hate how dark that place is so I very rarely go there, but my girl wanted to boogie for a while. Have to say though that watching the girls trying to dance in their high heels at the little airconned disco is always a good source of amusement.

1) If you see a woman you want go up and talk to her, maybe buy a coke if you want. Gauge her interest and negotiate for her services.
2) Wait to be approached by a woman. Depending on the customer / freelancer ratio this could take 5 minutes or 5 hours.
If you are a bit timid and just want to walk up, pick a girl, pay and have no fuss then Cyrcee is probably the main place that comes to mind. It is a bit more expensive, but given the quantity of girls who rarely get bar fined a deal can be hd.
