NO Covid test required as of today. Nov. 5.

I think the dropping of the test requirement was to help stimulate the economy.

If Colombia requires a test, they will ask for the test in Miami, before you jump on the airplane. They probably still thinks a test is necessary, because officially it is, unless the Colombian government changes its website.

I'm heading down to Colombia this week and was wondering if I can get a prepaid SIM card for my old unlocked Samsung phone. I would rather leave my actual phone in the apartment in case I get pickpocketed or robed. It's only happed to me once in Mexico but better safe than sorry.
