I'm sure this question must have been asked before so apologies in advance for asking, but does anyone have any suggestions for how and where to find Thai girls in BKK (or nearby) who speak reasonably good English?

By the way, I have tried searching for recent reports containing the phrase 'good English', and I have also searched for the word 'students', but I couldn't seem to find anything particularly useful.

Other than that you will find out when you meet and talk with them. I'm not too worried about how good their English is as I'm not meeting them for conversation LOL.

If you are at a GoGo, it's simple and ask the mamasan for the girl that speaks the best / most English. Same at a soapy.

If at a club, you're just going to have to start a convo but in my experience most of the girls at a Insanity / Spasso / Mixx have a pretty functioning knowledge (maybe I was just lucky).

If for "regular" girls, look for girls in customer facing jobs such as the receptionist or hostess at gym / restaurant / hotel. I have run across many smoking hot waitresses at high end hotel bars and they all know English really well.

I would actually recommend going to Thermae and chatting up a few of the girls there. A lot of them are "regular" women who have a high level of English skill since they often have normal customer facing jobs at salons, retail, etc. I've met girls there that made for very engaging conversations. They may be willing to spend a few days with you (depending on their work schedule), show you around, and go on "dates" if there is sufficient chemistry. For a price.
