Ahh yeah, the Chevy Spark. I almost got laughed out of the DR driving that little thing around town. It has basically 0 luggage space and roll down windows. If you only plan to scoot around town it is not a bad little vehicle. For long trips and highway driving spend a few more and get the Nissan Tilda. Trust me, it is worth it.

You are funny, thanks. The Chevy Spark can fit one small suitcase in the trunk, other luggage has to go on the back seat. I drove a Chevrolet Spark to Samana from Santo Domingo. Tough little car, I hit some good size potholes driving at night and that little car held up. For not a lot of money more the Chevrolet Aveo and Nissan Tiiada are better. One time I made a mistake when I reserved the Chevy Spark online, I mistakingly chose one with a manual transmission. Driving in traffic with a manual transmission and smoking cigarettes at the same time, no fun.

Nice thing about having a car in Dom Rep is that occassionally you can use the car for some extra curricular activities, even the tiny Chevrolet Spark, you can stand to the side of the passenger seat and while the chica is sitting in the passenger seat you can get a BJ.

What is it with the chicas these days? I had about 10 in a week and 4 of them wanted to fuck without a condom. Actually one of them woke me up by riding on my bare dick in the morning. I had the same experience on my last trip, maybe they want dominican Renegade babies. And Western Union.

I have stayed at casa marina a bunch of times. I doubt you will be able to bribe the guards. Casa Marina Beach and Reef, used to be two different hotels that were merged, therefore it has two entrances and two lobbies. When you check in you will be given a colored wristband to wear. Problem is if you sneak in a girl, the chica will not have a wristband.

Day pass from 10am to about 5pm costs about 35-40 dollars. Casa Marina is an inexpensive all inclusive. Some European chicas go there, topless, as well as Canadians. Price for two people per night is less than 80 dollars total (less than 40 dollars per night per person), which includes all you can eat food and drink. When I stayed there in the past, I usually split a condominium apartment at tradewinds (35 dollars per day) with my wingman to use for sex.

One time I had a normal light skinned chica from Santiago visit me for the day at casa marina, the people at the front desk broke balls about letting her in and gave me a warning that she could not enter my room (I later got a BJ from her in the rental car). Other times I have had other chicas visit me at casa marina for the day (with a day pass) and people at the front desk said nothing and the chicas entered my room no problem.

I have seen some foreign guys try to get a chica into casa marina at night and from what I understood the hotel wanted 60 dollars.

Hotel Orquidea might have rooms for 25 per night that you could use for sex. Or Rockys.

For the price (less than 40 dollars per night, per person with all you can eat food and drink), casa marina is ok. It has two pools, two beaches, two or three cold water jacuzzis on cliffs near the ocean. Food is ok. Getting drinks at the two small bars can sometimes be slow. On Saturdays and Sundays some locals visit the hotel.

Does anyone know of a car rental company that has a one way rental service? Ima be flying into Pop this sunday and leaving out of Sdq the following week. I don't mind taking the bus but would rather like some extra freedom this time.

Don't plan to sneak them in. Go for Calipso or even better book a hotel nearby for a week even if you absolutely have to stay at CM.
Chasing European booty? I don't know. It's a mix of couples, grannies and fuglies. Even fuglies usually go for a local macho.

Alamo has it so that you can rent in one location and return it to another location. Probably all the big rental car companies have that. One time I rented a car at sdq (santo domingo airport) and returned it to puerto plata airport (pop), with Avis. If you reserve online just choose "I will return the car to a different location", then choose your locations.

The guards look at people's wrists to see if they are wearing the colored wristband when people enter and leave casa marina. One time I had my wristwatch over the wristband and a guard stopped me. They have cameras near the lobby on the reef side, which makes the guards paranoid about doing there job, however, I have walked into Casa Marina after being out all night and seen the guards sound asleep.

2 people sharing a room will cost 75 per night (37.50 per person). One person in the room will cost 56 per night. If you use Orbitz to book, type in review10 in the "I have a promotion code" box and you will save 10% on the cost of the room. That coupon works at most hotels on the orbitz site.

Casa Marina may also require you to reserve for three nights, if you book online. I don't know the price if you just show up, without reserving online before. Rooms in casa marina have safes, but you have to pay extra for the lock for the safe.

Casa Marina has a tiny "disco" (more like a bar with a very small dance floor), where you have to pay for drinks. Usually you will see some tourists chicas grinding the dudes from the animation team for the hotel. Sometimes the tourist chicas from casa marina will venture into classicos, where even the really big heavyset tourist chicas always find a dominican guy who wants to dance with them. (Sankies or Sankees)
