I have heard that going topless in Rio is against the law but not really enforced, maybe this is why I have never seen it in Ipanema or Copa except in front of the Othon Palace or once I saw in front of Caesar Park and I wasn't sure if they were putas or tourists. That would be a sight if topless became popular in Rio. Only wishful thinking.

Cariocas might use the tiniest bikinis you can imagine, but they don't go topless. Topless has never been popular in Rio.
The only places where you see regular brasileiras go topless are in secluded beaches along the coast.

The only ones who are topless in Rio are p*tas and gringas. If a regular girl went topless she would be considered a sl*t.

RioBob's videos are great. He managed to film an impressive collection of topless chicks. Even more impressive considering that these topless GP's mainly stayed a beachstrip of 100 metres (Othon Palace), and far from all GP's went topless. You might get an impression that topless was popular and widespread in Rio, but that's not the case. RioBob has put a lot of hard work managing filming all those bare tits, keep the videos coming.
