So my point is, without trying again, I can't know if has improved a lot further for my taste or not. So I will take a new look another day.
Clearly everyone has different taste and many are liking the surgeries girls. Billboard had a lot of no surgeries girls and many tall slim model types, where Butterflies was a bit behind in this category although still plenty of non surgery girls. I rate Billboard line up significantly higher, for my taste on this Tuesday. Not many tall slim models are in the bath area. LOL Bath girls are usually the short girls, but mostly natural tits, which is good, but not so perfect body shapes, appealed to me less. Billboard had far higher rate of customers compared to Butterflies. Twisters had a pretty fair set of customers, however the models were not as good (except for 1 or 2).
The key point is whether you can find the right pretty girls with the attitude you are looking for. For looks only, I am now rating some bars as quite superior to Cowboy bars. So 91% is better than nothing. If negative, at least you improved your risk odds 10 fold. Clearly not even close to Red Cross virus amplification test accuracy levels (the non instant one), and significantly behind a proper same day blood test as well.
If a girl is willing to be tested, that already decreases the likelihood she has HIV, as could indicate she is not aware of any HIV. I think they estimate about 1 in 6 HIV positives were unaware, which could be due to having it a relatively short time, and of course not being tested.
If girl test positive to the oral test, what would you do? Wear a condom and still fuck is probably a rational thing, but guys would have to be scared of a condom accident, and I am sure psychologically not keen to continue. Of course thousands of guys are fucking HIV positive girls every day, blissfully unaware, but hopefully using condoms, to be safe.
I do BB only with a girl tested at Red Cross from time to time, and she is doing a very limited set of guys. She is not a hooker doing BBFS every day. My biggest concern would be to catch some other STD. That always has a much higher chance. I have caught an STD in the past likely to be from BBBJ, or fingering. So there are always risks. I already had one and sat for 2 minutes to consider if I should leave or buy another one. This lady made it easy to chose. I shouted back and asked her to "f**ck off" and leave me alone. I went to the manager and asked her to fire this stupid waiter. Needless to say, they did nothing. Never set my foot in Rainbow 3 after that. From what I recall the bar was nothing special. The other Rainbow bars are better, but a little boring. Very little interaction and flirting from the girls on stage.

I don't actually know the number of HIV Hookers likely in Bangkok or what percentage of the hookers should HIV Positive. I do know of at least one girl reported to be HIV Positive, that I met in 1991 but never fucked her. She was a friend of my regular girl and very pretty. I am normally very relaxed and laid back in most bars, even the ones I have no great liking for. I usually can ignore the odd approach by waitresses, mamasans, or girls.
Strangely I took a strong dislike to the setup at Hillary 4, I think it was. The staff get paid by how many drinks they sell, and this caused many of them to keep hassling me about ordering more drinks. I expect that Rainbow 3 could have been the same.

There are virtually no more Soapies in Sukhumvit, except that Chavala is sort of like a Soapy but did not have proper rooms last visit (maybe 20 years ago), and have no full sex.

[/QUOTE]There was some smell in the left staircase descending from Billboard today, but only slight. Not that noticeable compared to streets in Thailand.
I tried out Bangkok Bunnies. This bar is a little bit more playful and wayward than Billboard, and girls mostly have fuller figures, a significant portion were "bpum bpui" (pudgy) for me. Some girls were showing off their tits uncovered. I got approached by at least 4 girls. I ignored them all and refused to look at them or shake their hands. That works. The best slim model types were 3 girls. All 3 were sitting with this guy with a man bun. These were of reasonably high standard for me but all occupied. It was about 11 pm.
My earliest visit to Bunnies found the place dominated by silicone but this was no longer the case, with plenty of natural tit girls available. Overall level of surgeries was quite low. This place is going to suit guys who don't like skinny girls, or do not prefer skinny, most likely.
For those like me who prefer the skinny model types with natural tits, Billboard is the better choice. In Billboard the girls don't hassle you.
