Hello, I am new here. I'd like to spend 10 days in Bankok or Pattaya. Can you tell me which town is cheaper for fucking? Where are the best and more girls between Bangkok and Pattaya? What is your opinion?
I thank you for your suggestions.
Neither Jungle Bluebird nor I have generalised. We both referred to our experience. Furthermore we specified particular events/happenings.
I stick to what I said. I believe it to be true for all the Thais I have come across.
I don't mix with "Hi-So's", in my neck of the woods, people are poorly educated, so I speak as I find. I will also re-iterate Jungle Bluebirds comment "Everything is easy and best accomplished with a lot of fun." That's been my experience in 21 years here without a doubt!
I think that both JB and Bumholes are correct in their personal experiences. I've mixed with Thais from all walks of life: educated and uneducated. HiSo to LoSo. I actually teach a class in Concepts of Thainess and Thai Culture. I think I have more than a good understanding of all the subtle differences, including pre-conceptions, racists views and outright hatred among Thais from the North, Central region, Bangkok, Isaan and the South (Thais from the North generally dislike Isaan people, for example).
Generally, however the three constants about Thais, no matter where they come from, or their status/education are:
1/ Everything must be Sanuk
2/ Everything must be Sabai Sabai
3/ They never plan ahead or think about the consequences of their actions
I work wiith some of the supposed best educated and brightest Thais in the country and they are essentially the same in this regard as the poorest farmer from Isaan.
The only exception to this might be the Thai-Chinese who are clever, shrewd, and unscrupulous, which is why they control the country and exploit the rest of the hapless (and happily ignorant) population.
Cowboy Brew
Not so quick. Thing is the very shortcoming (lack of responsibility, maturity ..) makes the Thais also so enjoyable and fun to be with.
Thai girls are the best example. Always happy, never quite upset, except when they are in over their ears and unable to handle it. Then, it's mostly running away from the situation.
It is exactly this amazing imprinted ability to look the other way, that allows Thais to endure this daily unfolding disaster. Think prostitution. Most fascinating how so many girls go short, part time (married, single, proper jobs or pros), without ever seem to be effected by the fact that they are in fact prostitutes.
Living here for a number of years I would even go so far to argue that Thais do like the very chaotic environment they are in. Perfectly organized, shaped or generated plans get quickly messed up only to be left at an 85% state. Most things created new are never quite completed. The oddest thing really.
This also extends to relationship. Just when everything seems to be fine, out of no where trouble looms. Mostly artificially created by the g/f’s or wife’s family involvement. Sure there are exceptions, hard working individuals, but yes, these truly belong to an elite club.
Just a thought.... JB
Both of you talk as if all Thais are one and the same. It is akin to describing all Americans as rednecks and all Europeans as Eurotrash. there are different levels and classes of people in Thailand with different educational backgrounds and family upbringing. for someone who have been living in Thailand for 21 years, you sure know how to make sure people know you are full of shit when you generalise.
From Pattaya to BKK is about 2 hours or a bit less by taxi - plan on 800B plus maybe 60 or so in tolls - the kiosks are all over on 2nd road and some of the more "major" hotels have advertisments as well. 6AM arrival at the airport isn't really getting too heavy and now that the airport is more southeast, the major BKK traffic is less of a factor. Figure your departure time less 2 hours for arrival, add 1 hour for "unexpected" things, arrange a taxi to arrive a little before then and "go from there"
The "fly in the ointment" could be if the arranged driver is unreliable (doesn't show up on time or maybe not at all), you aren't staying in one of the "more easily found" hotels or you have a vehicle problem on the way.
question about BKK or Pattaya - prices are generally lower in Pattaya - rooms, ladies (food is about the same) There is generally less to see/do in Pattaya and the local environs. BKK is a better tourist area unless your main interest is in the bedspring boogie. Then Pattaya might be better suited because it's smaller and things are more "compact". There is also the beach (no beach in BKK)
IF you don't speak any of the language, just stay in the areas where foreigners are.

Good info Dinghy
I would split my time between the two say start off in Bangkok then the rest of your holiday in Pattaya (the new airport is near pattaya).
The prices do vary from areas Bangkok being higher unless you find a bargain it depends on the girl and where you get her from.
Personally i prefer Pattaya .

Started off the day by unwrapping some presents as it was my birthday was still recovering from the Wifebeater fest from the night before. Watch the first game at the New Wembley. Finished off packing and my dad took me to Heathrow arrived at 1620hrs even though my flight wasn't until 2150hrs with eva air so I could watch the England game.
Well things did not start well terminal three was rammed, the queue was not long for check in but one of the terminals went down. So only one check in desk open thought it would not take long but why do some people take so long! When it was my turn I was there less than an minute. I thought excellent will soon be in the bar but NO.
First a queue to put stuff in a plastic bag then another for boarding cards then another to go through security( they only gave me a small tray as most of my stuff was in a back pack) when i got through the metal detecter my tray had tipped up and my change about £15 was all over the floor got back about £10:thumbsdow. Then another queue for passport control and then another to take your shoes off and have them checked. was not the word it was now 1845hrs and I had miss the start of the footy. Why can't they do the passports and boarding cards together, the shoes at security and the the put your stuff in plastic bags at check in I think would be quicker.:aao:
Arrived at bangkok the flight with Eva was good but we were 30 mintues late.
Went through passport control which was fairly quick and go my bag then into the main area of the airport . Its not like the old one where you can change your money and deal with the taxi touts and so on you walk straight into them. Once I had changed my money ther wer about 3-4 guys waiting for me to give me a taxi ride I said no thank you in Thai as my friend is waiting for me (lie) Then down stairs to the taxi rank that would be 400bht to go to the Nap-inn taxi driver did get a bit lost but we found it in the end he said 275bht and gave him 300.

Arrived at the the hotel unpacked and showered and changed, then off to explore. Managed to find Edens chose one girl who had a bit of a shape to hear and very nice firm big tits and she chose her friend who was slim. They were both very nice and I had a great time :happyi: sorry but i cannot remember there names. I was hungry so off the get some food stopped off at a street stall next to Nana and had pork noodle soup and a beer. I went back to the hotel but even though I was cream crackered I went back out to Nana stop at the bar facing the entrance and talked to a girl called A she was very attractive and fun she had two tatoos which were her eyebrows which was weird. After 3 changs I was spent I would have bar fined her but I just wanted to go back to hotel and sleep. which I did.

I woke up I thought right i will go to the Grand Palace today. How hard was it to try and get a taxi to take me then wanted to charge me anything from 300-700bht no thank you. I finally got one who put the meter on then he said it is quicker on the river I said what by a ferry he said no private boat 1500bht I said no thanks you take me then about 75bht into the ride he just stopped and said he had no time to take me there. I got out and did not pay him. Now I was lost  ( I really wanted to see the grand palace but i had had enough. Lucky for me i found the sky train which took me back to Nana.
I went and had a coffee and then a massage just a normal one even though she wanted me to massage everything but I was not in the mood (the massage place was on the same soi as the hotel). I then went and sorted out my ride to pattaya for 27.03.07 I decided to go by minibus to save some cash and then off for a bite to eat at an aircon pub in Soi 4 . Then back to bed as i was tired.
When i got up I went to the Beer garden had a couple in there it was packed did not speak to any of the girls in there. Then has some fish soup in the outdoor restuarant opposite. I then headed to soi cowboy after having a look around i went into Longgun. Started speaking to a lad from Manchester and watched the shows in there. This was the first time i had explored Bangkok so it was the first time i had seen the this type of show. Word of WARNING when they are firing the darts at the ballons watch your eyes as if my hand wasn't there it couldhave got me in the eye. BF a girl for short time she was ok had better but also worse.
Gentlemen. I was plannning on spending a few nights in BK next trip, but as it happens I will now be leaving Pattaya sometime am and arriving in BK a few hours later. I have to be at the airport at 0600 the following day. Obviously a classical LT ( which I prefer) is out, so what's the best bet?
1. Pick up a FL from The Beer Garden or Gulivers early and have a few rounds and a few drinks etc, or pick up a BG or GoGo later?
I am inclined to find an early afternoon FL, take her back, do the biz, go for a few bevvies and some food, take her back, do the biz again and fuck her off about midnight so I can get to the airport for 6.
Your thoughts would be appreciated.
Pete
PS Giotto, you escaped I think, but I'll pop by to sus your place out.
I puzzled why you are asking for our advice, being a long time forum member and seemingly knowing roughly what YOU want to do.
Picking up an unknown girl is always risky, but if she ain't that good, just go get another.

I am never too proud to ask for advice from those who know more than I do.
Giotto- you will never know just how lucky!
Greetings everyone. It is time for my annual September trip to Thailand. I normally grab a taxi and head straight to Pattaya from the airport. The flight I take gets in pretty late so the bus is not an option, and by the time I get to Pattaya most of the action has ended.
This time I am traveling solo. So, I am thinking I might do things a bit different and was hoping to solicit some suggestions. Instead of traveling straight to Pattaya, I was thinking I'the take in the Bangkok night life since I never have before. I wanted to know if any of you had suggestions on a good place to stay (reasonable, nothing fancy, just need a clean secure GF place for a night) that would be close to the action and an easy taxi ride from the airport and then to the bus station the next day.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, and just like last year I promise to give you all a thorough report when I get back. I am looking forward to testing out someone's Bangkok recommendations!
I've visited the LOS a number of times over 15 years, and the worst development in that time was Toxin's introduction of 1am closing time. Its made my last couple of visits far less enjoyable- having to keep an eye on the time and consequent urgency in choosing a companion for the night. As often as not I've ended up perched on a stool at one of the after hours stalls on Sukhumvit watching the passing scene. Now that Toxin's got the boot, has anything been done about this ridiculous innovation of his?
I've stayed at the Dynasty Inn several times....it is exactly what you're looking for. About 30 min ride from the airport and right across from the Nana Hotel on Soi 4 in Sukhimvit. (sp?)
Enjoy!!
I have a friend in Vegas who's an immigration attorney, and he hasn't failed on getting a thai into the US yet. He's a spot on lawyer who can help. I'll turn you on to his website and give any info you might need. PM me for details.
1) Good luck
2) Absolutely
3) You probably don't
Bottom Line: this probably isn't going to happen.
Bringing single, young Thai women to the U.S. is almost impossible unless they have a work visa from an international company, been accepted to a school, or you are willing to spring for a K-1 Fiance Visa
Thai Me Up -
Late at night, any hotel in the Sukhumvit area is about a 20-minute cab ride from the airport. The late-night action centers around the Nana Hotel (Soi 4), but you can find action all along Ssukhumvit betwen Soi 2 and Soi 33. Which hotel you choose depends on how much you want to spend, everything is available from Spartan rooms under 1,000 baht/night to the big international chains. There ar plenty of suggestions in the hotel thread.
If you stay at the Nana or one of the many other guest friendly hotels in the area, you'll be in good position to get the bus from the Eastern Bus Terminal - also known as Ekamai, located right next to Ekamai BTS station on Sukhumvit. If you're the thrifty type or don't swant to worry about getting stuck in a Suk traffic jam and are traveling light, you can take the BTS to the bus station. Take a taxi if you are carrying a heavy suitcase.
