Myth Beer Bar. Beer Bar near Hard Rock. Any Beer Bar Complex.
I commented on Ndtvi channel Las Vegas Beer Bar will be a disaster. He said I don't know. Hahaha. It's true I don't know I just go by what I see I don't see more than 5% occupancy. Sure maybe 2 bars have customers.
Anyone have insight.
Amiss at Central. Pizza Co.
After 20 years of that huge space they occupied they moved into a Smaller space. Actually looks busy now.
Hope they do well. I like them better than Pizza Hut.
Funny thing. 2 maybe 3 servers are Kind of Hot. Way Superior than anything you find on Soi 6,. I know there are Cute girls on the Soi.

That's between the beach on the west and Third Road on the east. Between, Central Pattaya Road on the north, and Soi 13 on the south. Go to the forum dedicated to Pattaya Hotels. Go back 50 pages and read forward. You'll find a handful of hotels that are mentioned over and over. Whitehouse, Areca, LK Residence, LK Empress. They are all girl friendly. Look up those hotels on the lodging web sites like Trip Advisor and you'll see what's out there.
After you've done your homework, if you have SPECIFIC questions, post them in the hotel forum.

It would take a lot to shut down Songkran in Pattaya. That would not be good for future tourism every April. However, pretty sure most people go to Hua Hin to relax and not for Songkran.

I guess the biggest clue in your question is you do not want to expensive so by that Walking Street gogo bars are likely out of your equation. So pick something near Soi 6, or Soi 7/8, or along Beach Road, or Treetown, or Myth Night Plaza, or along Soi Buakhao, or Soi 25 and meet up with Explorer.
Only you can answer your own question. We have no clue where you want to find girls in Pattaya and what your budget for girls and room are. For starters, read the Pattaya hotel thread as Explorer so eloquently directed you to.

Been to Soi 6, LK Metro, Walking Street. Honestly, I can't see a difference in talent from what I score online. I'm not blown away by anything anywhere I been but I'm also a bit jaded because I travel, monger and date all over the world and I tend to favor curvy women. Doesn't mean girls are not pretty here because there is a lot of facial beauty. Especially if you not a eugenicists or Chinese imperial legalist and hung up on skin color. Girls are hyper aware of the skin color thing talking about how brown they are and saying they are chubby when the barely weight over 100 Lbs. Besides the self loathing that I don't like that has been stamped into their heads, they are super accommodating and once in the room they basically down for whatever besides the very hard no to anal LOL. I haven't paid more than 1200 for short time with most girls accepting 1000. Majority start at 1500 for ST and 2500 for LT. I did get the occasional 2000 or 3000 for ST and 4000-5000 LT. I just stop responding and don't negotiate. One girl told me they will accept 1000 if you are close to them and the taxi ride is not expensive. They have been extremely punctual which surprised me. I woke up at 3 am wanting to smash and a girl came within 15-20 minutes. And most stay more than an hour during short time where they like to talk and will allow you two shots. I haven't had any rushed service. Things have been good so far besides the scorching day time heat (barely go out in the day) and sewer smell everywhere. No real complaints.

Most trip reports here are from High Season, so cited prices are often extremely high. Because most customers come in December-January.
