Although I can't recall any of them turning their heads away in an effort to communicate rejection through body language. They just sat there either passive or engaged in casual conversation with each other.

You will also find lot of freelancers hanging out on the streets but I found the quality to be less than desirable. Also remember that freelancers are risky as you may not be able to find them in case you are robbed. Not to mention health risk as they are not obligated to get tested.

If she is as hot as you mentioned and is able to provide you with a memorable session, then I said it is worth every baht. Having the gall to quote 7000 LT by itself indicates she's way overpriced (or expecting you to negotiate down), but if she is really hot in your eyes, and if you don't care much about burning 3000, go for it. Yes, African FLs on Sukhumvit Soi 4 are around 1000ST, but they really aren't much to look at, to put it mildly. I'm sure a hot one would ask more, but I personally wouldn't pay more than 2000ST given the low likelihood of good service.

However, watch out for fake or enhanced pictures. I wouldn't be able to decide an African working girl is hot without seeing her in person.
