Everyone can understand it is mostly safety issue for the girls, so because of that I think your only option would be try to contact some of those expensive escort agency's and hope they can deliver some girls.

So my suggestion would be organizing that kind of party gathering to some other city and since I am more familiar to Prague myself I suggest that city, there you can more easily make that happen and price would be pretty much the same.
