I caught gonorrhoea once in Pattaya but luckily it was at the end of my trip, my heart goes out to you. It felt like I was peeing razor blades.
Just be glad that they don't do the umbrella test anymore.
Be careful out there.
I have just had my 3 week holiday in Pattaya ruined by getting a dose of gonorrhea from a BBBJ, which I didn't think was plausible.
Second day after arriving went to a massage place in Soi Pothole, opposite Triangle bar.
Provider was no oil painting and was very rough with the Johnson, taking delight in forcing her tongue into the urethra.
5 days later I was dribbling pus!
Trip to to the Memorial Hospital and they gave me a massive injection of antibiotics and a course of pills. 3000 Tbt.
A week later symptoms have gone and I would call that cured.
So no party time for me just a game of pool and drinks at the bar for two weeks.
I am just thankful that it was not the antibiotic resistant type.
That's wild man. Sorry to hear.
I never BBFS. But funnily enough have been considering only doing CBJ as well to have full protection against catching something. I continue to lean in that direction and make exceptions for non-working type ladies (semi-pros), just to potentially lessen the liklihood of catching a case.
Particulary when you think of going to a BJ bar. I mean that's a lot of dick on the daily these ladies throat bare, and it only takes one customer for the lady to pass something on to you.
I'm also a massage with HJ aficiando so may just veer in that direction for most my enjoyment.
As Sub says, your dick your money!
How do you get gonorrhea?
People usually get gonorrhea from having unprotected sex with someone who has the infection. Gonorrhea is spread when semen (cum), pre-cum, and vaginal fluids get on or inside your genitals, anus, or mouth. Gonorrhea can be passed even if the penis doesnt go all the way in the vagina or anus.
The main ways people get gonorrhea are from having vaginal sex, anal sex, or oral sex. You can also get gonorrhea by touching your eye if you have infected fluids on your hand.
Seems to me if our partner is infected and she carries infected fluid from her vagina (or apparently from her tongue or mouth as in the case discussed in this thread) to your eyes, mouth, penis / urethra, anus, etc that fluid can infect you as well. No, not as easily or as often. But just as surely.
In fact, as long as infected fluid can be transfered from vagina or penis to mouth (or eyes) as well as from mouth to penis, as in the case discussed in this thread, I don't see how it can not be transferred from mouth to mouth as is stated in the above link:
Gonorrhea isnt spread through casual contact, so you CANT get it from sharing food or drinks, kissing, hugging, holding hands, coughing, sneezing, or sitting on toilet seats.
Really? Based on this write up the game of "Tag! You're IT" where infected fluid can be carried from tongue, hand, mouth, penis / urethra, vagina, anus and to penis / urethra, vagina, mouth, eyes and on and on opens all kinds of scenarios where it can get into us as long as we are touching, kissing, licking and fucking an infected partner.
So what's to prevent an infected girl from touching her vagina and carrying infected fluid to the nipple we are just about to lick and suck? Or us fingering her in the bar and touching her nipple just before we lick and suck it? Even before she refuses to go to our room for Real Sex.
Man, what a burn that would be; we get gonorrhea from her without even taking her out of the bar, seeing her naked, getting blown or having any sex at all. LOL.
Glad I don't spend much or any serious time worrying about such things when I monger.

Either I'm particularly unlucky, or the number of infested women is significant in these places.
I still tend to think that the second hypothesis is correct.
I remain very impressed but also perplexed by those who constantly practice BBFS without ever catching anything.

But as someone who often gets BBFS (and always BBBJ) I do follow a drug protocol. I used to take 1 g Azythromycin at the end of a mongering trip. Now I have switched to Doxycycline as the data shows it more effective. And since PreP is now available I take that too even though HIV transmission rate for normal F2 M vaginal intercourse is rather small. Between PrEP and Doxy, I haven't caught anything. Maybe I've just been lucky but I've been mongering for over 20 years. I did catch a mild dose of Chlamydia from AC many many years ago before I learned the drug protocols but since then nothing. But also now a days my trips are short (3 to 4 days) and at my age its one or two girls a day. So maybe 4 to 6 girls a trip. If you are doing a month in Pattaya and 3 girls a day then maybe the statistics catch up with you one day. But G from a BBBJ is just really bad luck dude!
Almost every time I didn't use a condom in Pattaya or Phuket I caught an STD......
I'm sure that that applies to most guys who go bareback in those cities. Some either don't admit it or use a condom and come here and 'boast' that they do BBFS. Then there are the basement posters.
Thanks for your contribution to antibiotic resistance. Microbes everywhere applaud your actions. Humans, not so much.
BBFS is just a service that prostitutes the world over offer or do not offer. In general there is nothing to brag about when it comes to hiring prostitutes. Sort of like buying a meal. Anyone that shows up in the restaurant and has the money can order what they want. While sitting at the table I do not worry about what others are ordering. I am only interested in what I want to eat off the menu. The same individuals talking about the danger of BBFS ride motorbikes in Pattaya. Risk assessment is different for each individual. All reports are anecdotal.

The reports on all the free pussy guys are getting in Pattaya. Your thoughts on those?

At least with regard to Pattaya, it seems I am reading and personally hearing notably more testimonials from fellow mongers about catching something there than I ever do re Bkk.
I did not have sex of any kind with a lady other than the Bkk girls I have taken to Phuket the 3 times I went there.
But as a years and years long BBFS+CIP monger with by now thousands of different girls in Bangkok and never catching a dose of anything, maybe it has been a blessing in disguise that I have only managed to get an (hard fought and reluctent) agreement for BBFS+CIP from one (1) P4 P girl in Pattaya over the past 12 years, dozens of days and nights there and probably 100 or more interactions and approaches by me to the ones I was attracted to enough to want to fuck and them to me.
And that one (1) BBFS+CIP experience in Pattaya for me was several years ago, not any of the dozens of days and nights I have been there to occasionally monger more recently.
Perhaps I should be grateful all the 100's of other encounters with Pattaya P4 P girls over the years that I might have been interested in fucking led to a definite NO from them either upfront or in the room so I never had any sex with them at all.

Or if you don't like doxy I have taken azythromycin 1500 MG once a week during trips and it has kept me clean. Whenever I have caught any gono or chlamydia it was when I wasn't taking antibiotics. But if you do notice that you have symptoms starting just go to a pharmacy and ask for ceftriaxone 1000 MG and ask to have them inject it intramuscular into your thigh muscle and take 1500 MG azythromycin and that should clear it up fast. Not sure of drug prices in Thailand but shouldn't be anywhere near 2000 baht.
Hi.
Yesterday I was at LK metro and just at the opposite of the entrance saw new Las Vegas Beer Garden.
Anyone been there?
It looks busy.
Any reports or is it worth going there?

They brought their commercial practice they learned on the 6 along with some girls past their prime.
