Lisbon is a good city to walk around, Jorge Castle, the "river" / "bay" area, the endless hills and winding streets.

The most touristy areas are the castles of Sintra, the old city of Sintra itself, and the beaches and hiking trails of the Apple Beach area of the ocean itself west of Sintra. It will cost you some Uber fares to get there, but if you like hiking it is as good as anything in Europe, and a lot better frankly compared to what Germany has to offer for tourism. If you prefer trains, the Cascais / Estoril has good hiking / biking tourism, but in my opinion a step below Sintra and the far western beaches.
