I am a frequent visitor to the 141 web site, i guess the other is just similar ones, but IMHO, 141 should be the largest in the industry.

To me, the main difference is the capability to search for the girls with aprticular type of service.
Sex 141 used to have a good search, but it has been gone for a while, at least from the English version. I heard that it is still available in the Chinese version (?).
Miss 148 has a limited search capability, which serves my purpose to search for a small number of specifics i.e. "ass fuck".
Another one, 1212u even has a full text search, but since the girls do not advertise "ass fuck", you need to know the euphemisms (code words) used to describe what you want, which in this particular case would be "special service".
141 is probably the biggest, but many girls can be found on several sites.
Invaluable is the feature they all have, to sort according to geographic location, down to the building level. It sure saves you a lot of taxis and walking (i.e. time!!).
Thankfully I am not affected by government censorship, but if I were, I woluld use JAP or TOR proxies

That's exactly what the phone numbers are for. Some of the girls who provide excellent service take pride in what they do and like to be informed when they have to provide it, thus the appointment via phone.
Overnight booking is available with some but not all girls. It usually takes place in a cheap hotel.

It depends on their preference, usually you can get a cheap hotel room.

Good report. Your experience was similar to my visits to 37 Dundas, still one of the best short-stay places in Hong Kong. Just curious - presumably the girl was from mainland China? what part?
The telephone call was probably a 5-minute or 10-minute warning, not an actual "time's up" notification, which explains why you weren't rushed out.
