Yes, theoretically, particularly a new girl may try to pull a fast one like this, but never has anything like that ever happened to me, and I've been to KD and Royal A LOT of times. It also never happened to me in that environment anywhere else. If in doubt you could actually put your wallet and phone in your robe, but this will hurt your 'street cred' a lot if someone notices. Actually, at Royal you will be often sent to the bathroom with your clothes still on, if you wish to shower. But in any case, the girl will hardly ever wait for you in the room, she is busy other things while you shower (mostly female things, like hair and nails etc.) Unless you shower for like 30mins but that's impolite too.

Actually, if I happen to drop my phone / wallet on accident I would rather have this be at KD than at almost any other place I could think of except home / family / friends. I'the be very optimistic to get it back with everything in it. I'm not quite as sure for places like Royal and Liberty, to explain this would be too long here, but would also still be positive. Generally speaking these are all legal, regulated environments that pride themselves as 'upper class' environments, so you will have little trouble there. There's a much higher chance they will try to rob you in a supermarket or in public transport, where you have lots of people with little or no money and who don't care. Not that it ever happened to me in Berlin though.

After the praise of KD I'll also mention the main downside of this place: It has become pretty useless to go there without an appointment. Selection will be small and you will not get the prime ladies. Other men do also know where the fruits are. On the other hand making appointments with unknowns also has its negatives. It was still ok 2- 3 yrs ago but this year I was there, spontaneously, three times and left ungepoppt twice.

First time: Only two girls available. Betty seemed nice, but not my type, too slim, I like curvy girls. Anja (?). I would've liked the looks but seemed uninterested and cold. So I passed.

Second time: Was better. 4 or 5 girls available. Chose Melina, eastern European origin, but lives in Germany, big enhanced breasts, normally I prefer natural, but there was something sweet about her, and I was right. Very good, very nice girl, very GFE as you say here. 1/2hr session. No DFK though but that's normal of KD girls on a first session. They will often open up though on repeated sessions.

Third time: Even worse. Place was very busy, perhaps not the best time, I believe Friday around 5ish. I was sent to the SM arena for the introduction round, apparently every other place busy. First time I was there in many visits, and and didn't actually need to see that. Also waited for ages for the girls, two showed up. Betty and Paloma (or something like that). Heavily tattooed, not my type. Hausmutti apologized many times when I was about to leave saying there were 11 girls there, just all busy, almost begged me to come back later. I went straight to Royal though, having choices is a good thing.

Generally speaking KD is probably the most 'upper class' of the 'regular' bordellos in Berlin. Very nice, very clean place in a good neighbourhood and the girls who are there are, on average, more intelligent, better educated, older, more self-confident and aware than at pretty much every other place. There are exceptions, of course. Maybe there are some really high class places in Berlin that I don't know about though.

If you look for really exceptionally beautiful young girls, Royal is probably better, though. KD has more like the 'regularly beautiful' type of woman who wants to be independent, take care of her kid or such. You could probably say that KD staff are more 'women' rather than 'girls' at least more so than at other places.

For quality of the 'service' KD is much better though. While at Royal you will usually not be disappointed, the real exceptional sex you get much more at KD. At least that's what I find. I had some of the best sex of my life there. Also some disappointments though, of course.

In fact I always found the KD was a place to make an appointment rather than just showing up. I am not sure if I just chose well but I only ever once really regretted my choice. The pics on the web site are generally accurate so all there is to worry about is chemistry. Even if that is lacking I always found the service to be acceptable.

Norjan[/QUOTE]Norjan you over think things. Really it is just like Artemis only you don't meet the girls in a bar / kino / staircase, you sit in a room and they come in one by one then you make your choice.

Like at Artemis the prices are set but you have to decide on things like length of stay & extras. This you discuss with the girl.

Leaving you will generally wait in the room after showering and dressing so that the Hausmutti (generally-sometimes as in Liberty the girl will let you out) can direct traffic and prevent customers from running into each other on the way out or to the shower.

My suggestion at this point is to just go for it and go with the flow whatever might happen that is slightly different from your idea of how things should be. Also know as the "fun" in life.

You asked for it. Here's my take on Royal.

This is actually a difficult post a bit because while a have been there many times I'm still not sure where to put it in a few aspects. They claim to be 'different than others' and they are correct, though I believe not necessarily always in the way they would like. Most generally, as many of you know, it is 'high class' daytime brothel that delivers on many of their promises. It is an expensive place, about the same level of KD, but with pretty much every girl offering various extras, some of them expensive too, your costs can easily reach significant levels. You get something in return though. Beautiful ladies offering their services, many of them locals, many of them very young, but still knowing how to please. Maybe I am forgetting something but I can actually not recall ever having had really bad session there. But the highlights are also a bit missing, not that I didn't have good times there, but that's how it is. Maybe I'm just too spoilt of other great places. But in all of these other great places (one is KD in Berlin) I also always had at least one or two terrible rounds, doesn't really seem to happen there. This 'levelling', maybe just coincidence, but that's one thing where I think they are 'different'.

What is also a bit strange, that's my feeling at least, at Royal, again quite in contrast to other places, you don't really get to know much about this place when you're there. When you are at a place often, I find that usually you get quite a bit of insight because, you know, people are talkative, and that does not only apply to girls. And sometimes unplanned things happen and so on. Very little of that at Royal.

That leads me to the girls. Sometimes I wonder where they get their girls from. Reason being, first, at Royal, you have really stunning girls there but, second, Royal does also have a very high turnover rate. They usually have a big lineup, often 10 girls or more show up in the parade. But it is not uncommon at Royal if you show up maybe two or three weeks later you do not recognize any single face. Normally, that is not a good sign, maybe not uncommon for lower end places, but at these venues you usually always have regulars, girls who have been there for years. Just look at KD and Liberty. Not at Royal. But they still manage to get very good lineups and good service and, as experienced mongers know, that is a lot more difficult with new and young girls. So I don't have clue what their supply routes are, but they are distinctively different from any other place in town, that's for sure.

A bit of history: I first went there maybe 5 yrs ago, I first thought, ok, but nothing special, I wasn't too impressed about the girls back then, it's actually much better now. It was an ok place where I went sometimes, not too often. But things declined somewhat over time. Three main points. First, the girls were still pretty but at some point. 80-90% of them had implants, and, second, while they were no rip-off they had quite a bit of arrogant attitude, not just the girls actually, the whole place. There was an all around 'you are so blessed that you can come to us' attitude. I still remember the Hausmutti at one time, it will probably be lost in description and translation, it was just funny and telling at the same time from the way how she said it. I went in with my usual line 'just want to have a look who's there' and she turned to me like I was a little child, chest up, smiled and said 'There are six girls here, and, you know, not exactly the worst ones'. Probably impossible to describe correctly, but was so telling how that place was. They thought of themselves as being the 'Royal' palace. I can personally not attest to that but at that time some mongers were also saying in a German forum that there were quite some '***** wars' between the girls and also complained about Royal being very strict concerning the time and sometimes counting showering or other 'dead time' towards the session. I didn't find that though. But the thing that really put me off this place was they started charging for ridiculous extras like body kisses. They had a price list where it was all properly listed (seems to be gone now). Not that I care too much for body kisses, but that's just a joke. That's when I really thought to myself, ok, maybe without me.

So I was absent, for over two years (although I had long general mongering absence within that time). But gave it another shot early this year and things seem to have improved quite a bit, a wide variety of girls including real stunners, little silicone, no ridiculous extras, friendly house ladies (although I still like other places more in that respect). But the place still seems to have a 'funky twist'. For explanation, see below.

As I did on the other post, here are my last three visits to Royal. Never any problems like I mentioned for KD, always hard to select among so many beauties.

First session: Not entirely sure, but I think the name was Anna. Polish, but lives nearby, peroxide blonde, tall and slim, natural B cup, very pretty face, maybe in the range 22-25 yrs. ½ hr with BBBJ, overall good session, just at one point she stopped during the BJ and going on saying something in bad German, I didn't fully understand but she was claiming that there was something weird about my dick. After a while, she said 'Egal' and continued. WTF? (For the record there is nothing weird about it, and at no time has any other woman ever noticed, I'm not going into more details). She also made some weird comment that I could lick her, since she was 'a virgin'. She probably meant for the day, but this decision depends on other factors as well. Overall I must say from the whole conversation, to put it mildly, that she is maybe not to become a rocket scientist, but despite that we got on well, she's a fun girl. Not really GFE or PSE but it's fun with her. Would repeat.

Second session: Won't call out the name, you'll see why. German local girl, like many at Royal. 1/2hr with DFK and maybe BBBJ, can't remember. Just shortly, good GFE session, she was very nice and very kind throughout. But. She was noticeably slow and somewhat absent with everything throughout our time together. I'm not the type who has any illusions about that and have a tiny little bit of experience myself (long ago). She was on prescription drugs or 'the real thing', if you know what I mean.

Third session: Very strong lineup, I remember dark haired Angelina, and also a very beautiful black girl and two or three others I wouldn't have minded, but I went for the 'special girl'. German 'punk girl' Anja. Certainly into this stuff, if she's still around, you'll immediately notice. Multicolored very long hair, very young, probably teen, pretty face, but not classically the most beautiful one, certainly not in this lineup, a bit on the chubby side. Arranged 1/2hr with DFK then she suddenly left, saying she was new and didn't know the rates. After that overall very good GFE session. Actually very good CBJ, very soft, very good intense DFK, DATY, good fucking. But. When she was sitting on me I noticed that on one arm, she had really bad wounds, in a kind of regular 'tic-tac-toe like' shape, that looked like from a razor blade. Looked really scary. I managed to forget about it during the session and asked her quite soon after. She was laughing and said she was fighting with a grizzly bear. Yeah, and I'm Buffalo Bill.

Went on to get a really bad massage, she's probably never done that. Afterwards, conversation came to her wounds again, she asked 'are you a doctor because you're so worried? ' I said, I'm not but I know a few things, or something like that, can't remember exactly. And right after. She covered herself in the linen and ran away. Left all her clothes and shoes behind, they were still there when I left.

In retrospect: I was probably her first customer ever. No premiere for me but that was certainly unique. The wounds: Probably not to worry about, I remember when I was a teenager, while I was never much into it, I knew girls from my small home town, who were into the punk or dark wave scene, who also liked to do that. 'Self-inflicted wounds', not going into a discussion here. But when you are in this environment, as a monger, where you know violence is going on behind the scenes, sometimes at least, that is not actually what you want to see, might have freaked me out a little.

Do you see what I mean with 'funky twist'? But maybe I just have a funky selection of partners and certainly don't want to decry the place here. And stories like that also happen at every other place, and can be fun, it was just a bit pronounced at Royal recently. I could tell more stories. But as I've said it's an overall very recommendable place and I feel if you are in Berlin often and are into mongering it is definitely a 'must visit' place.

What is also a bit weird about Royal is their parties, that they frequently announce, see the current example:

Not that you can not find a gem, but you do have to search for it. Also I can not really say that you will find a whole lot of Turkish girls working there. You will find the usual nationalities (Ro, Bul) and all manner of girls calling themselves Portugese, Spanish and any other nationality that girls call themselves. In fact I think you may be less likely to find a true Turkish girl in these places as they are in a predominantly Turkish area and girls usually go somewhere else to work. Less chance of running into someone who knows them.

Some interesting discussions recently about bordelles, Royal in particular. Royal seems to have got the thumbs-up from most posters, and rightly so. It's a high-class place, the girls are largely beautiful and service is top-notch. Royal and Monrouge are the two most reliable bordelles in town in my experience.

A word though about pricing, and the concept of 'fixed-rate'. Although most / all bordelles advertise a house tariff, in practice it's not so. Different girls charge different rates. Perhaps it shouldn't be like that, but it is. My evidence derives from a number of joint visits I've made with Kimino to both Royal and Monrouge. On several occasions Kimino and I have turned up together, picked a girl apiece, met up afterwards to compare notes and found that we have been charged slightly different rates, especially when it comes to extras.

I think that the girls in the top bordelles are permitted a certain degree of discretion when it comes to charging policy. At Artemis, in contrast, I have never encountered any variation from the house tariff.

However, on my last few visits there I was surprised to find an unusual variance in the prices of "extras". It used to be quite standard, but suddenly different girls charged very differently for the same extras. Going in with an expectation of xxx euros for my "normal menu" only to be met with a demand for 30-40-50 euros more, threw me off a couple of times. And the situation is not really suited for haggling. .

But hey, the girls can of course charge what they like. I guess they find out quite fast what the punters will accept.

I ended up having to cancel that trip and ended up going to Frankfurt instead some months later before hopping the train for Prague. As you probably could have predicted, a night at Oase in Frankfurt was fabulous, and I also enjoyed Prague but not quite as much. Prague could not really match the erotically charged atmosphere of a good German FKK (must confess I've only been to two so far. Sylt and Oase). I went to a number of Prague clubs, including the well-known megacomplex with seemingly endless corridors of girls, and somehow wished I'd stayed in Frankfurt. Part of it was that each club in Prague had maybe 3 girls I really would have been into, and the clubs were very widely disbursed around the area and required numerous taxi rides to get to. Also the Prague club scene was very North American high-school prom-ish, with all the girls hanging together and no real mingling unless you went up to ask for the pop. An FKK is much more like a bar scene from my adolescent memories, with hot half-naked girls flirting, mingling, and circulating.

I'm planning another European trip next month, having posted some queries and received very helpful replies more recently, and it looks like I will hit Berlin. Yes, the NRW seems enticing. However after Prague I'm not sure I want to spend my next trip traipsing around the hinterland in search of cheap pussy. This could be fun under the right circumstances, but when I'm flying in from NA and flying out a few days later I just don't feel up to the driving and the cost of a car rental and / or taxi rides soon erodes any economies offered by the local service.

When it comes down to it, Berlin offers Erlebniswohnung, Caligula, King George, Insomnia, Artemis, KD, Van Kampen, etc. All within a short subway U-Bahn ride (or a taxi ride that's a lot cheaper than downtown Frankfurt to Oase). For a jet-lagged North American, this is a real plus. Both in terms of time and transport expense. The funny thing is, I come from the city that is probably *the* North American capitol for punting (as you guys call it). Those who know NA will know where I mean. However I'm just looking for something different and the prices in DE challenge my best hometown bargains so I'm saving my pennies.

Anyhow just a quick note to say thanks for the feedback, and this time I will post some reports. I also still intend to make a trip to Poland in 2013 to explore those waters.
