I paid her 200 reais in late April for TLN all night, In a termas recently I read someone paid with 3 drinks 238 reais for 40 minutes and he said it was well worth it, im sure it was but with only 40 minutes you have to work fast.

I hear that the girls in Help can ask 300 reais for TLN and more but with the current bad exchange rate, this makes them way over priced for a poor country like Brazil where you can travel out of the main cities and get garotas for USD$20 and $30 TLN. Would you agree?

Well sure I would agree but unfortunately I am not in the position to travel out of the main cities to get TLN for $20 or $30 or even Centro or VM for that matter.

I think that a better choice of words for "ignorance" is "I don't give a damn"! I think most of the people that overpay know what the going rate is. I believe they just don't care because
(a) they won't return for a long time so they might as well get what they want while they can - no matter what the price is;
(b) they want to impress people and feel like a big shot by spending a lot of money;
(c) it's the last night so they want to go out in style; or
(d) whatever.
Whatever the reason for mongers overpaying if you want to pay normal rates for garotas you shouldn't have a problem. I think it's pointless stressing over what other mongers are doing because there's nothing you can do about it. But as long as the supply remains high and the demand remains low it will keep garota pricing in check. This is especially true in the low season. Even the number of mongers overpaying on a routine basis is low. A girl might be able to find one sucker to pay 300R and up but to go to Help and consistently pull one that will is impossible during this time of year unless she is a stunning 9 or 10. Those are the ones I avoid anyway so the idiots drooling all over these putas can have 'em. I don't care.
