Its generally not very busy and the service is reasonable. Cost I think is 750 Baht. They also have a small room for some privacy. Girls are average.

I agree. It is as much the time and total experience as the quality of face, tits ass etc. I said "as much". I think it is a matter of luck and your personal taste in BKK. One of the best I ever ran into was from Patpong (Safari Bar). Absolute stunner, studying for a college degree, good English. This is the kind of girl you give extra money just because.

Passing by the Charming Bar (a ground-floor bar on the left, well past the Nana Entertainment mall), there were some girls in there. I still had to pay the same barfine, but she came back to my hotel for some morning sunshine.
I suspect that if you walk around the area, looking for girls in bars, coffeeshops, on the street, etc, sunshine can be found. Perhaps there are some massage places open in the morning, too.

Thai language has word "khao" meaning he/she/her/him. Its not gender specific.
Therefore some Thais when speaking English can use he or she interchangably regardless of the gender, even ones who normally speak English very well. So sometimes a Thai using the word "him" means nothing (although in this case apparently it did mean a gatoey).
Now its correct protocol to call a gatoey she/her.
Its impolite for us to use he/him, even if we have decided its really a him.
But of the forum we can call them anything we like.
Its safer at Soi Cowboy with very few gatoeys.
After reading the many write-ups about this BJ bar I decided to give it a try yesterday. In general I am wary of these type places. I generally do not like "quick in/out" services.
For those who do not know the location it is on Patpong II
along Silom Road (Sala Daeng BTS or Silom MRT). It is the smaller and quieter of the 2 Patpong sois with Patpong I being the famous night market soi with the numerous Go-Gos. The bar is not street front, it is just off the street along a parallel alley of sorts. There are many bars "nestled" here.

Again, these are not Thai Super models or 18 yo Uni students but considering the venue and price I find it highly recommendable and worth a try.
