NO there is no such thing as late fee, ST is based on assumptions and understanding. This will be my first visit to the Philippines and after a lot of reading I think that Cebu would be nice to visit. I did collect some contacts on DIA but I am not sure about them to much. Starchild is correct, it then becomes based on HER understanding of those terms, and her expectations. It becomes based on HER vibe and assumptions. For example, if you say you want her for Short Time and she agrees, you might be thinking 2-3 hours in your room, and two pops. However, she might be thinking 1 pop. We were out again last night at Claude's to pick up some wines I had ordered from him a couple of weeks ago, and I was surprised, since the Kadayawan Festival is over, to see Rizal St. again thronged with people. I know this is not the Davao thread, but it speakers somewhat to Hug Monster's point, in that sitting in Claude's was a guy somewhere in his 50's sharing a table with five really good looking women. They are wanting girls who are: 18-23, slim (under 45kg) , shapely firm boobs, headturningly pretty, no children, non smoking, perfect teeth, degree educated, speak excellent English, reliable, not looking for big money, can hold interesting conversation, interested to meet a foreigner for a "fun relationship" etc.

Such girls are in my experience, not easy to find here in the Phils - if somebody knows where a bunch of those girls are I'd love to know. Once such girls have learned how to "market" themselves effectively, they are typically being chased by many guys.

Most guys are (quite sensibly) nowhere near as picky as this and once you relax some of these filters the odds of finding suitable girls increases dramatically and of course there are many beautiful and fun girls who wouldn't meet the above selection criteria for one reason or another.

These cities have comparable population sizes and will statistically both have their fair share of beautiful women. My guesstimate would be that there are 10x the number of foreigners in Cebu as in Davao, partly because of Mindanao security concerns partly for various other reasons. In the Davao malls you can look around you and see maybe 3 or 4 foreigners. Ayala, SM and Robinson are crawling with portly mature western gents on the prowl for hot Pinay pussy. This means that the above mentioned Cebu malls are magnets for girls who make their living by hanging around the malls smiling at foreign guys and hoping to be picked up. I saw no much thing in Davao as there is not enough "pray" to go around. If you have ever been to the Serengetti when the Wildebeest migration is in the Masai Mara, you will understand where I am coming from.

If you are experienced at seducing Pinays as is GE, you are going to find Davao a happy hunting ground, because of the relative lack competition from foreign guys. I think if you are honest, open and frank about what you are looking for and what you expect to give in return most of these problems will not occur. IMHO most of the jealousy issues you mention are caused by guys having either explicitly or implicitly given girls the impression that they are shopping for a long term partner/wife.

If you make it clear from the outset that you are hear for a fun holiday, anticipate trying several girls and are prepared to pay a fair "tip", you should not have any problems.
