Similarly, I ask you to provide the board with some empirical data disproving the claim, but I know you cannot given that neither of us have access to a database containing years of hooker receipts.

Fortunately for us, there does not seem to be any bargirls board out there. Yet.
I've always found that Thais do not really take advantage, in general, of all the great opportunities Internet offers. They like it bling-bling with loads of flash animations, they "play" internet, they don't really get its essence: information, knowledge!

Sponsored girls do tend to give it up for free a lot. If you're young and cool it shouldn't be a prob to get some freebies. Keep scoring the freebies as long as you can. The huge score are freebies in the non-p4p scene, however. Lot more work, but reward is a nice clean pussy that hasn't been hit by everyone in town.

On the 4 day I wanted to ST her again and she got all (kii jai noi), cranky whinny on me. She begged for me to take her long time and take her to a movie or out to dinner and let her stay with me the night. Why the change of attitude all of the sudden? Well, because her friend gets LT all the time(in fact her friend had just called her while on LT from some nice restaurant) and gets spoiled by johns, and now she wants the same treatment from me. I did ST her again and the ride was pretty lame because she was upset on not getting the LT spoil treatments, so now she is off the list.

agreed, they can get _mo ho_ if a peer is getting something and they are not. seems at times its all about with keeping up with the joneses. especially with cute, young things.

Guys who spoil sex workers are fools![/QUOTE]If you look back on Samui and Phuket 15 years ago, everything was reasonably priced, visitors were not overcharged, and basically, locals were incredibly nice, seeing tourism as a great money maker and very happy to give good service. These days, I wouldn't touch Samui or Phuket with a 10 foot pole, horribly overpriced food, transport, and all else, and the service is fake and interested in only one thing. Most of this is due to years of tourists with fat wallets and a live and let live attitude not caring about what anything cost or attempting to understand the local economy or local prices.

A bargirl asked me recently why farangs living here tended not to pay as much as others. I told her that 1000 baht was a huge amount of money, it can buy 30 meals, and she nodded in agreement. I still get plenty of good mileage, but yes, all the spoiling by "overpaying" has led to attitudes and certainly does concern all who are involved.
